| The judicial administration of the people's police as an important part of the judicial staff,the number of groups along with the development of our judicial career also increased year by year,has become a strong guarantee of social stability and perform their statutory duties,the police team.As a special occupational group with high risk,high risk and high workload,the work of police is increasing greatly.It belongs to the profession with high psychological pressure.At present,the research of rural tourism demand and market development is almost blank.This study was to explore the relationship between judicial administrative police of rural tourism demand and psychological status,so as to improve and strengthen judicial administrative police participation in rural tourism activities and tourism operators will,suitable for the development of judicial police and physical characteristics of tourism products,and provide reference.This research uses questionnaires as the main research tool,to the Hunan provincial administrative units for basic research,literature review and focus interview based on the final recovery of 379 valid questionnaires,using statistical analysis software SPSS20.0 and the results of the questionnaire for statistical analysis,obtained the following conclusions:1.,this group is the most important part of young and middle-aged men.The high educational background and middle and high income make the group have a higher rural leisure tourism willingness,and most of them will choose 1-3 days'short-term travel.The leisure tourism demand mainly concentrates in the ornamental,the agricultural type and the tasting tourist destination.2.,the overall scale of rural leisure tourism motivation scale of the judicial administration people's police is in the middle degree.The highest scoring dimension is the "stimulus avoidance motivation" dimension;the lowest is the "knowledge motivation" dimension.Knowledge of motivation,social motivation,stimulation escape motivation has significant difference in different age differences between knowledge;motivation in different cultural level;stimulate avoidant motives are different in different income;knowledge motivation,social motivation and motivation stimulation escape three leisure tourism motivation differences in different marriage state.In the aspect of tourism involvement,the group was in the middle level,and in the three dimensions of the involvement scale,the "self-expression"dimension was the highest.Attractiveness and self-expression vary at different ages;there are differences in the dimensions of self-expression in different years;self expression and centrality are different in different marital status.3.in the survey group,the total score of stress is at a high level,the main high scoring stress dimensions are:job expectation pressure,personal development pressure,work task pressure.The total score of job burnout is in the middle and high level,and the burnout is mainly embodied in the dimension of emotional exhaustion.4.through the Pearson correlation coefficient of tourism motivation and satisfaction and psychological pressure and occupation burnout analysis found significantly related work pressure and work pressure and expectation satisfaction;emotional exhaustion and cynicism were also significantly associated with satisfaction;obvious relationship between personal development pressure and intellectual motivation;obvious relationship between work pressure and personal development and social pressure motivation;external pressure and pressure support personal development and development motivation has obvious relationship;work pressure,work pressure and expectation motivation stimulation escape obvious relationship between motivation and professional knowledge;low efficiency positively related;motivation and emotional exhaustion positively related to social development;motivation is positive associated with a cynical attitude;stimulation escape motivation was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion. |
