Empirical Study Of Social Work Intervention In Occupational Stress Of Judicial Policemen

Since 2003,seven provinces and cities in China started community correction works,the community correction legislation came to 2016.Community correction work has been through decades,for our social harmony,the rule of law progress made a tremendous contribution.In the 19 th CPC Central Committee,the Party pointed out that it is necessary to carry out the strategy of running the country according to law.As the main body of the criminal law enforcement of community correction,the full-time community correction policeman is the most important part in the process of community rectification.Full-time community correction judicial police is an important part of the strategy of administering a country by law,their physical and mental health,with a good occupational environment is becoming more and more important.The front-line community correction judicial policeman needs to face the community prisoners in the long term,with high risk and sudden onset.The work content is multifarious,the detailed rules are numerous.The law enforcement mechanism is not perfect,professional community corrects the judicial police force to cause a lot of professional pressure.National legal holidays,overtime over the weekend and night shift bring uncertainty to judicial policemen of social intercourse,for a long time to work will weaken their social support system,formation pressure and physical and psychological level.The social workers can assess the needs of the community correction judicial police.Conduct social work professional services according to specific needs,carry out the corresponding psychological counseling,help the full-time community correction judicial policemen relieve occupational stress,restore social support network and get out of the predicament of the profession.This study attempts to introduce the theory and method of social work specialty,and carries on the empirical study on occupational stress of full-time community correction judicial policemen.This study analyzed the data of the field observation and case interview from the community correction judicial police.By evaluating the requirements,the needs of the judicial police in the work are defined.With the help of the working methods the stress-relieving thematic group activities are carried out to improve their physical and mental state,restore social support networks,discover their strengths,and relieve occupational stress.The assessment team works in alleviating the function and function of occupational stress,affirming the superiority of social work involvement in the occupational stress of judicial policemen in the full-time community,and considering the superiority in the whole research process.To explore the intervention of social work specialty community correction judicial policemen occupational stress of the function and effect,then put forward some suggestions.
