Research On The Application Of Group Work To Relieve Occupational Stress Of Police Officers In Y Police Statio

In the face of COVID-19,public security organs had cracked down on illegal and criminal activities,contributed to the fight against the epidemic.As the most basic level of the public security organ,the police in the police station faced high risk,high load and high stress work for a long time,easy to produce excessive occupational pressure,some of the police had been low work efficiency,physical and mental sub-health,family tension and other problems,even serious affected their work smoothly.However,the policemen of Y police Station in Guiyang were no exception.In the face of occupational pressure,they had also actively adopted some coping measures,which had achieved certain results,but not ideal enough.Therefore,there was still room for social workers to intervene in their professional stress relief service practices.In this study,social workers tried to help the policemen of Y police station relieve occupational pressure by virtue of the precious opportunity of internship and their professional advantages.This study selected all the policemen of Y police Station in Guiyang city as the research object,and adopted the method of group work to intervene,achieved the purpose of relieving their occupational stress.According to the theory of group dynamics theory,cognitive behavior and social support theory as the theoretical basis,used the questionnaire survey,the structured interview and participatory observation method of collecting original data,and adopted the quantitative and qualitative analysis method,to the situation of occupational stress of Y the policemen were studied,started from the pressure source,The common problems of occupational stress were found and the service needs of alleviating occupational stress were analyzed.On this basis,a group service plan was formulated to relieve the occupational pressure of the policemen in Y police station.Ten policemen with high occupational pressure were selected to set up a group,and six group activities were implemented,which helped the policemen learn new methods of decompression,improved their work efficiency and aroused their work enthusiasm.From the point of view of the effectiveness of group intervention,the expected goals of the group have been basically realized.The group members have learned to manage emotions and communicate well,and built a good support network.The occupational pressure had been effectively alleviated with significant results,but there were still some shortcomings.So,this study finally,team work in practice were summarized and reflection,from the group activity time control ability,interventional Angle limitation,team structure and social worker role to reflected on the shortcomings,and further put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to provide experience for reference for the related material,It provides ideas and reference value for social work practice to intervene in police occupational stress.
