| Exercise is a crucial part in teaching activities.It is of great importance in the process of absorbing and dygesting knowledge in learners’ daily life.With the data analyse and practical experience,the author finds that chemical exercise classes in remote areas,medium and small-sized cities come across with problems such as the lack of interest and communication between learners in class,passive learning,teacher dominant class,etc.All of these contributes to the negative effet of chemical exercise class in China.Based on all the problems mentioned above,this essay will advance a cooperative form of chemical exercise class which can improve the effiency of chemical exercise class,change learners’ passive learning mode into active learning mode and greatly enhance learner’ interest towards chemical exercise class by applying mind-map in the process of learning.Meanwhile,it will provide useful reference for the changing of "Teacher-dominant" pattern in teaching.This study adopts experimental research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods to carry out the research.First of all,two parallel classes are picked out from Grade 9,one is called the experimental class,the other is for reference.Before the the experiment,the students in the two classes were trained in Mind mapping for 7 weeks.What’s more,their views on the traditional chemistry exercises were investigated by questionnaire,and the results of the first mock test were taken as the pre-test results.Then the chemistry exercises in the experimental class were taught in the cooperative learning method with the basis of mind map,while the exercises classes in the reference one were still taught in the traditional way.After two months,the chemistry scores of the two classes will be compared,and the students in the experimental class will be investigated by questionnaires and interviews to find out how they feel about the cooperative learning style.The results reveal that cooperative learning style can transform the passive learning modes into active ones.It can improve learning efficiency,academic achievement and leaners’ interest toward class,and it is also conducive in enhancing the comminication skills of individuals. |
