The moral details in classroom of primary and secondary schools refer to the small things,events or matters involving principles,etiquette and moral integrity or moral courage that exist in the classroom because of the interaction with each other among the classroom elements of subject,knowledge,process and situation.Therefore the details have the universality of existence,the randomness of occurring,the value of recessive and the persistence of influence and other characteristics.And the existence of moral details has its possibility and necessity,because each moral detail can highlight the moral expectations of teachers,and meet the needs of students’ moral imitate,then build the moral classroom life and culture complete person.As a factor constituting the moral life in classrooms,firstly details have the group ethical dimension,and play the group ethical values that cultivate the students’ collective consciousness,spirit of discipline and objective or democratic ideas in our common life.Secondly details have the communicative ethical dimension,and play the intercourse ethical moral values in education relationship between you and me,afterwards students can learn how to respect each other,how to treat others as equals and how to care for everyone or everything.Finally details have the individual ethical dimension,and play the individual ethical moral values in the process of personal growth.Students are able to develop moral self-discipline spirit,strengthen the consciousness of life and cultivate independent personality through the moral details.However the moral educational value of moral details in the middle and primary school classroom has not got a full,and we all worry about the current situations that many details are short of morality.First the classroom becomes fake group,so that group ethical values are forfeited,showing that the details tend to group’s selfish,heteronomy and official standard.Second the classroom results from the ideal education relationship,so that the intercourse ethical moral values are forfeited,showing that the details only service for the teachers,and they are more and more indifferent,then they are focusing on knowledge.Third,classroom ignores student’s individual existence;the individual ethical moral values are forfeited,showing the standardization,formalization and utilitarian of details in classrooms.For the self-reflection,teachers should guide students to build the class with organic unity through our teamwork,and regain the group ethical values in the details,for example the formulation of class rules and regulations,the use of rewards and punishment,or the building of supervision and autonomy mechanisms.Then teachers and students should establish harmonious classroom interaction relations In every detail that I meet with you,and regain the intercourse ethical moral values from the relationship between teachers and students,or students and students,or somebody and something.In the end,everyone in the classroom will become an independent moral human taking advantage of the moral details of individual ethics.
