Research On The Current Situation And Strategies Of The Application Of Network Learning Space In Henan Universities

The revolution of information technology change rapidly,the rapid development of the Internet has greatly promoted the development of education informationization reform,the construction of digital campus,wisdom campus has changed the traditional way of teaching and learning,has a profound impact on the education idea,education mode and education.Education information becomes an important starting point to promote the balanced development of education,narrow the gap between regional development and improve the quality of education.On 2012,Vice Premier Liu Yandong proposed the construction of "Three links two platform" of national education information in the meeting,the network learning space "everyone links" is the core of the project construction,all over the country at all levels of education departments and universities have carried out the study and application of network construction project.Based on the development of the Internet,the network learning platform has brought great help for students’ learning,teachers’ teaching,school management and parents’ participation.In the background of the national Ministry of education policy support,Henan also introduced the "Henan province education informatization pilot implementation plan",have carried out research on space construction pilot project learning network in Colleges and universities encourage,more and more colleges and universities to participate in the construction and application of network learning space,greatly promoted the development of educational informatization in Henan.Network learning space for everyone is the future development direction of the application,is the "The 13 th Five-year" education information focus.This research is based on this background,the application status of colleges and universities in Henan in-depth study of network learning space,analyzes the existing problems in the construction and application of space from the survey,puts forward the solving strategy for Henan,"13th Five-Year" during the "everyone links" network space development proposals.This paper uses the literature analysis method to analysis of the current development of domestic and international network learning space situation,combined with the relevant literature and the author’s understanding of key vocabulary related to the definition of the concept,and then use the questionnaire survey space application status of Henan 96 universities and 3249 in-service teachers,through the analysis of the dataclearly Henan university network learning space application problems,analysis of the underlying causes,combined with the three universities such as Henan Polytechnic University space successful application case analysis,from the innovative network space application model,improve the technical platform functions,the integration of a variety of teaching models,promote interoperability of space,to carry out multi-dimensional training,increase capital investment,improve the incentive mechanism to strengthen the coordination of nine departments put forward the " Suggestions on the Development of "Everyone" in Henan University.Although there are some deficiencies in the research,the author hopes that this research can provide some guidance for the construction and application of the network learning space in Henan in the future,and further accelerate the pace of the construction of educational information in Henan.
