The "three links and two platforms" was formally proposed by Vice Premier Liu Yandong(the then State Councilor)on September 5,2012.The construction of " cyber learning space for all" serves the overall strategic situation of national education informatization,is the core of "three links and two platforms" project,and is an effective way to build a network,digital and lifelong education system and promote the innovation of education and teaching mode.During the 13 th five-year plan period,the state has clearly put forward the strategy of educational informatization development as a forward-looking choice to promote educational reform and innovative talent training.Under the state's overall planning and high attention,the construction and application of cyber learning space in China during the 12 th and 13 th Five-Year Plan have made breakthroughs,and many excellent cases of space application have emerged.However,it is still unknown what the overall construction,promotion and application of space are,what problems exist in the process of construction and application,and what experiences can be popularized.This research has focused on cyber learning space construction and application of the first field of vocational education,through the methods of literature review,investigation and research,case analysis,extensive research of vocational education teachers,students,school administrators(principal)and the vocational colleges,etc.,aims to clarify the vocational education of our country construction and application status of the cyber learning space,summarizes the good experience of the construction and application of space,analysis key problems and the reasons of the use of the restricted space resolution,and proposes the corresponding application space propulsion strategy.The research finds that in the construction and application of space,the cyber learning space in vocational education in our country is generally built but the opening situation is not ideal.Most of them are mainly school-enterprise cooperation and self-construction of schools.The spatial function is relatively comprehensive in construction and the penetration rate is high.The application has its own emphasis and the application effect is obvious and the features are outstanding.In terms ofexperience summarization,many vocational colleges can contact the actual situation of the school in space construction and application,carry out space construction according to real needs,and formulate plans,guarantee mechanisms,incentive measures,etc.,guide,supervise and promote space construction and application;There are also many vocational college teachers who have modularized and unified design of space courses in space applications,and exert the power of teams,teachers,teachers,students,the Internet,and enterprises to jointly build high-quality teaching resources and develop distinctive teaching based on space.The key problems of the application of vocational colleges for the restricted space is mainly manifested in the user lack consciousness ability,space construction and improper operations,lack of hardware and software environment configuration,system mechanism four aspects need to change,based on this,the author from the shift users consciousness,improve the space applications software and hardware environment,the space application ability,innovation,four dimensions of mechanism of system of space applications put forward the corresponding application space propulsion strategy.
