The School-based Practice And Research On Excellent Class Culture Cultivation In Secondary Vocational School

In recent years,Chinese vocational education has received unprecedented attention nationally.How to improve the student diathesis is the primary problem in secondary vocational education.Class culture is an important way to help students learn,grow and develop,affecting students' outlook on life and formation of values and it is the focus of class management.Considering the actual problems secondary vocational school faces,it is of great practical significance to study class culture cultivation.In this paper,the author takes the example of Xiaoshan No.4 Secondary Vocational School.Firstly,it puts forward the goal and method of this research by analyzing the background and significance of the research on the secondary vocational class culture cultivation as well as the study of similar researches home and abroad.Secondly,it is to understand the status of school class culture cultivation by using such research methods as observation,questionnaire,outlines and interviews,etc.It also analyzes the problems and advantages of excellent classes in culture cultivation.Seizing the opportunity of the major program “beautiful class construction in Hangzhou,2015” and the research on the process of “beautiful class school-based culture cultivation”,it deepens the understanding of the school-based culture-the essence of "sunshine spirit";it probes into the path and strategy to enhance the school-based level of excellent cultural construction;it improves the people nurturing function of class culture cultivation,therefore reaching the objective of class culture cultivation characterized with “beauties from both inside and outside,individually or as a whole”.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the results of the implementation of outstanding class culture cultivation and put forward solutions.Vocational schools are on the road in cultivating excellent class cultures.
