Study On Problems And Countermeasures For The Construction Of Class Culture In Secondary Vocational Schools

Vocational education is an important part of the education system in our country,which has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.The development of secondary vocational education mainly focuses on Vocational Technology and skills training for students,so as to cultivate high-quality vocational talents with professional skills and professional culture.With the deepening of the education and teaching reform in secondary vocational schools,it also challenges the training of students.The class culture construction is an important part of the secondary vocational education.The improvement and improvement of the class culture construction work can play a better role in students,help students grow better in school,and make students' school goals more clear,so as to provide a solid guarantee for secondary vocational school students to study in school.It is very important to strengthen the research on the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools.Taking the engineering management class of W secondary vocational school as an example,this paper studies the implementation of the class culture construction in this major.Through the analysis of the class culture construction in the engineering management major of W secondary vocational school,the perfect class culture in the engineering management major of W secondary vocational school is established to provide help for the better growth and employment of students.The main research content includes the analysis of the purpose and significance of the class culture construction of engineering management major in W secondary vocational school.This paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and analyzes the existing problems and relevant methods and countermeasures.Through the questionnaire survey of engineering management students in W secondary vocational school and the evaluation of the current situation of class culture construction,it is found that the students of this major are not very satisfied with the class culture construction,and the evaluation is general,so it is necessary to further improve the class culture construction of Engineering Management.According to the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the construction of class culture of engineering management major in W secondary vocational school,mainly in three aspects: material culture construction,system culture construction and spiritual culture construction,and divides them into several categories below.The problems in material culture construction mainly include the arrangement of classrooms and dormitories and the daily image of students The problems in the construction of system culture mainly include the imperfection of class system,the lack of democracy,the lack of enterprise culture and professional characteristics in the system,etc.;the problems in the construction of spiritual culture mainly include the lack of class objectives,the tension of class interpersonal relations,and the lack of solid class atmosphere.Then through the interview with the head teacher one by one,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from the school level,the head teacher level and the students' own level,The reasons are as follows: the lack of campus cultural atmosphere,the lack of school support,the weak leading role of the head teacher,the lack of class cultural construction work experience of the head teacher and the weak self-discipline ability of students' learning foundation.Finally,combined with the analysis of the problems and problems,this paper puts forward the project management of W secondary vocational school from five aspects: attaching importance to the construction of material culture,creating a professional atmosphere;improving the construction of system culture,injecting enterprise management system;improving the construction of spiritual culture,integrating the professional culture;strengthening the support of the school,creating a campus cultural atmosphere;giving full play to the leading role of the class leader,and creating a healthy class public opinion The strategy of class culture construction of science major is to promote the overall improvement and promotion of class culture of engineering management major.
