In recent years,the new curriculum reform carried out in full swing,school philosophy,curriculum standards and so on have undergone tremendous changes,the key to education is still the quality of teachers,education can not do without teachers this important resource,the teacher's professional A higher demand,the American psychologist Posner put forward the formula for teacher growth:growth=experience+reflection,teacher growth can not be separated from teaching reflection,teaching reflection has become a powerful influential thinking on the development of education.All the teachers are starting from the novice stage,with the accumulation of experience,it became a skilled teacher,skilled teacher is an expert teacher,so the key question on how the novice teacher in the shortest possible time to grow into an expert Teachers,there is no doubt that reflection is an important shortcut.The primary school mathematics teacher is an important part of the teacher team,but there is a lack of teaching reflection research for the special group of primary school mathematics teachers in the field of teaching reflection research.With the rise of educational reform,primary school mathematics teachers are also facing major challenges,There are some problems,put forward countermeasures for these problems,to promote primary school mathematics teachers professional development has great strategic significance.This article mainly uses the quality research method,first collects the literature and carries on the combing,does the theory foundation.Then,according to the existing reflection theory design interview outline,to Yanji City J primary school mathematics teachers for the study of interviews and classification.And then follow the three primary school mathematics teachers:T1,T2,T3,through further interviews,physical analysis,classroom observation to study,from the understanding of teaching reflection,teaching reflection content,the thinking process of teaching reflection,teaching reflection time,teaching reflection method The paper analyzes the present situation of primary school mathematics teachers' teaching reflection,points out the existing problems and reveals the factors that affect the reflection of primary school mathematics teachers.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures to promote the reflection of primary school mathematics teachers.In this paper,taking Yanji J primary school as an example,it is expected that local studies can reveal common phenomena and provide some reference for primary school mathematics teachers to promote their professional growth.This paper concludes with the following conclusions:(A)teachers have a higher sense of identity on the role of teaching reflection,pay more attention to practical reflection lack of theoretical thinking.(B)The content of teachers' teaching reflection is mainly technical..(C)the lack of a clear understanding of the thinking process of teaching reflection,analysis of the reasons for the problem is not yet in place.(D)Teachers pay more attention to the timing of reflection after class,reflection method is too traditional,cooperation awareness to be improved.(E)its own factors are the main motivations for the reflection of primary school mathematics teachers.Based on the above conclusions,the recommendations are as follows:(A)to enhance the level of education and teaching theory and teaching philosophy,to re-understand the nature of mathematics,deepen the understanding of mathematics teaching reflection.(B)based on action research,to enhance reflection ability.(C)to create a reflective environment,to promote teaching reflection.1,to develop a reasonable system2,to provide efficient methods3,to strengthen peer exchange...
