The improvement of the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers is of great significance to the reform of basic education and an important factor to improve the quality of basic education.The group of special-grade teachers is the leading figure in the ranks of primary and secondary school teachers.They have excellent teaching level,advanced teaching concept and outstanding teaching style,which is the benchmark for the professional growth of ordinary primary and secondary school teachers.Primary school education is an important part of basic education and plays an important role in the growth of students.The improvement of the quality of primary school teachers is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of primary school education and the growth of students.The study on the professional development of primary school special-grade teachers can find some references in the process of their growth,which is helpful to provide enlightenment for the professional development of ordinary primary school teachers,to promote the construction of high-quality primary school teachers,to improve the quality of national primary school education,and to promote the reform and development of basic education.This study selects Teacher X,a special-grade Chinese teacher of G primary school in L City,G Province,as the research object,and adopts narrative research method.Based on trust and respect,the researchers mainly collected the relevant data of the subjects' professional development by observing the subjects and conducting semi-open interviews,as well as semi-open interviews with their colleagues and students.Based on the collected data,this study first introduces the basic situation of the school where the subjects work and the basic situation of teacher X.Secondly,it narrates the story of teacher X's professional growth and reveals the process of teacher X's professional growth.Combined with the professional growth process of Teacher X,the researcher further analyzes the individual characteristics highlighted in the professional growth process,and analyzes the role of internal and external factors in the professional growth of teacher X.Based on the above analysis,combining the theory of structured to X the teacher as a starting point in the actions of the actors,the structure of X teachers involved in the operation process,to the situation of space andtime,the teacher X power as well as the duality of growth is analyzed,and construct a model of teacher professional growth,X display X teacher,under the joint effect of external factors,the professional growth in the process of individual action and structure involved in corresponding time-space situation continuously alternating structure,realize the individual's professional growth.According to the conclusion of Teacher X's professional growth,critical reflection provides a ladder for the exertion of other characteristics and the occurrence of professional growth in the process of Teacher X's professional growth;external factors provide a medium for corresponding actions in the process of Teacher X's professional growth;time and space context is the soil of activities in the process of Teacher X's professional growth;With the help of the interaction of internal and external factors in the process of professional growth,Teacher X constantly realizes the expansion of power and provides capital for his professional growth;The combination of internal and external factors guarantees teacher X's continuous growth in her professional growth.According to the process of Teacher X's professional growth,this study draws relevant enlightenment for teacher's professional growth: critical reflection is the basic ladder of teacher's growth,external factors are the main media of teacher's growth,space-time situation is the key soil of teacher's growth,power is the core element of teacher's growth,and the connection of internal and external factors is an important guarantee for teacher's growth.
