The research on teachers' professional growth has gradually become the trend of education research worldwide.To study the professional growth of special teachers and give full play to the leading and radiating role of special teachers.By analyzing and studying the professional growth process of some special-grade teachers,it can provide reference for the professional growth of more teachers and promote their professional development and growth.In this thesis,the author mainly adopts the narrative research method in the qualitative research method.Narrative research requires researchers to practice and listen to their own experience.By listening to the professional growth stories of special teachers,we can understand the professional growth process of special teachers,so as to get some inspiration and harvest.The author mainly enters the real life world of the research object miss sun by means of in-depth interview,and interviews miss sun personally as well as her leaders,colleagues and students.Walked into miss sun's education teaching life and his class,observed and understood miss sun's daily education teaching work;Analyze teacher sun's teaching notes and his daily education teaching behaviors to collect first-hand relevant information and materials needed for the research of this paper.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the growth story of the research object is firstly elaborated,then the daily sketch of the teaching of the research object is presented,and finally the research object is interpreted by other people's evaluation of the research object.The second part mainly expounds the three aspects of the research object's student view,teaching view and teacher view,and analyzes the individual education concept and education theory of the research object.The third part mainly expounds the internal and external factors that influence the professional growth of the research objects.The fourth part: this part mainly analyzes the key elements in the process of the professional growth of the research object,to understand the thinking and inspiration behind the professional growth of the research object,and to provide certain reference and reference for other teachers to achieve professional growth.Through "deep description" sun teacher's professional development course and its teaching stories,dig the sun the key events in the process of teacher professional development,analyses the influence factors of teacher professional development,sun and then explore how sun teacher from an ordinary primary school mathematics teachers grow up to be super,for other teachers to provide a learning model and provide reference for their professional development.
