| Since the 80 s of last century,the legal consciousness of college students has become an important part of China's education system of the ideological and political education.After entering into the new century,China began to strengthen the focus on "legal construction","ruling the country by law" concepts,this to our country's higher education reform process has played a positive role.At present,people pay more attention to the cultivation of college students' legal awareness,and the level of concern is increasing.The legal consciousness of college students in colleges and universities to cultivate legal consciousness can effectively improve the students and make students for legal rights and obligations of their own understanding,.Before has achieved certain achievement in education;however,China's current legal consciousness of college students training methods can not achieve the social and historical value into college students' pursuit of self value goals,some students can not keep constant legal ideas in their social communication and daily life,so we need to actively improve according to the disadvantages of the legal consciousness in the process of education.In order to meet the goal of building the rule of law in our country,we need to strengthen our college students' legal education,improve college students' legal literacy and legal awareness,but also to the legal consciousness of college students work as an important content of education in colleges and universities of our country.Legal education of medical students,on the one hand need to pay attention to it has the general character of common college students,on the other hand,should be combined with professional features of medical college students,give full consideration to the special medical work,because the objects are people,so need to pay more attention to protect the power and obligations,thus more prominent importance of legal education.This paper studies the situation of Cultivating Medical College Students' legal consciousness,and as a starting point to analyze the important role of legal consciousness cultivation of medical students.According to the current legal consciousness existing in current medical education in the process of cultivating talents is not in place,put forward to improve the legal awareness of the process of nurturing suggestions,provide a reference value for the law consciousness of college students in medical colleges and universities cultivation process.In this paper,the questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the present situation of medical students' legal consciousness education: at this stage,the overall medical students' legal consciousness has been greatly improved,but the law has not yet fully formed individual belief;law courses in medical college can not fully meet the educational needs of medical students in medical colleges,the legal consciousness of medicine students should also continue to deepen the reform of education;have certain legal knowledge level of medical students,but the lack of professional medical legal knowledge.So,according to the legal awareness of the current medical education present situation,continue to advance through legal education courses in medical Colleges Reform,and constantly improve the legal consciousness of medical students. |
