The rule of law has become an important way of governing the country in the new period.The fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that China should devote itself to strengthening the concept of the rule of law among the whole people,strengthen the education of the rule of law among the people,and bring it into the education system of the people.As one of the contents of the "four comprehensives",the comprehensive rule of law is particularly important to further enhance the legal awareness of the people.To build our country into a prosperous in the process of the modernization of the country,the secondary vocational students plays a very important role,want to get better has the role play,should strengthen the rule of law education,make its legal consciousness is significantly increased,the country's activities can be in accordance with the law,to achieve "the rule of law",implement the strategy of "four" layout.The country requires to develop vocational education vigorously,will also strengthen secondary vocational students rule of law education,training secondary vocational students legal awareness,as an important task and goal of secondary vocational education.Nowadays,the construction of the rule of law in Our country is gradually improved,the legal awareness of vocational students has also improved a lot,but there are still many problems.Based on the analysis of the argument process mainly adopts literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,etc.,through the questionnaire survey to collect data to explore secondary vocational students' legal consciousness shortcomings existing in the training process,and then from the society,family,school and students from four aspects,analyze the cause of the problem.In view of the specific problems and the causes of the problems,the paper puts forward specific Suggestions to further enhance the legal awareness of vocational students.Vocational students in the social life of the independence is not enough,in the process of growing up under the influence of family education,the cultivation of their legal awareness is an important content of ideological and political education for students in vocational colleges.In a word,to cultivate the legal consciousness of secondary vocational students and make them have a sound legal consciousness is the key measure to establish and strengthen the legal authority,which needs to strengthen the cultivation of legal consciousness from the four aspects of society,school,family and students' subjective initiative.
