Youth sports activities are main component of national fitness, is a hot topic in sports science research. The youth camps building helps young to cultivate emotions in nature, enhance awareness, cultivate optimistic attitude, good sports habits. The State's high priority and the wide-ranging development of the society have led to the rapid development of the youth camp. The General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education have regarded it as one of the important ways to carry out sports activities.The General Administration of Sports has proposed that the youth camp is the two One of the big priorities. The great contradiction between the rapid development of the youth camp and the very few scientific studies is one of the reasons why the current lack of business practices and the poor market competitiveness. How to find the problem by status of youth camps and correctly guide its development a top priority for the current youth camp development.This paper takes national youth camps in the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei institutions as the research object, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, interview method of comprehensive analysis of development status of youth camp (5 Beijing, 1 Tianjin and 5Hebei), analyzes the basic situation and concludes the following conclusion:1?The main advantages: policy support and a large amount of capital injection to provide strong support; assist the development of the standardization; expand creation scale; flexible investment to achieve mutual benefit.2?The main disadvantages: the camp trainer has low qualifications and limited teaching ability; the lack of management specialization and the single marketing method; the curriculum is not set up to meet the needs of adolescents of all ages;knowledge is not enough about education function in youth sports and not have a e sustainable development of youth camps.3?The main opportunities: a large demand for society, and youth camp belongs to the sunrise industry; the state and government and relevant departments pay great importance,actively guide ;youth's love and the enthusiasm of participation provide the customer base.4?The main challenge: funds in the camps are difficult to balance; the quality of the camp staff is uneven, the camp management and decision-making level are low;teenagers have a heavy burden on their studies and little time for extra-curricular activities.Above all, the author suggested: increasing government support, make full use of network,expand camp influence; expanding sources of funds to increase the overall strength of the camp; administration led by collaboration departments at all levels, to speed up the construction, operation and sustainable development for the youth camp guidance document; strengthen the construction of camp management; develop a variety of courses to meet the needs of different stages; create an external environment to the sustainable and healthy development; departments together to create a league of youth by sharing resources.
