| The synergy development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a national development st rategy is one of the foundations for guiding the work of the three places.At pr esent,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has carried out cooperation in transportat ion,logistics,education,etc.With the arrival of the 2022 Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics and the construction of the Xiong'an New District,the Beijin g-Tianjin-Hebei sports collaboration has also ushered in a stage of rapid develo pment.In the process of promoting the in-depth cooperation in the sports field of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the synergy development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei youth sports contests has a fundamental role.First of all,the research on relat ed contests can realize the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei youth competition unde-r the premise of summarizing the problems.Continuous development,at the sa-me ti me,useful exploration of the synergy development of youth sports contests,ca n promote the synergy development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports,and f--urth er serve as a national strategic service for the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei syner-gy development",and can be used for reference for the in-depth development of o ther urban agglomerations.On the basis of following the investigation of a series of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports contests,the author is based on the theory of“cooperative development”and the theory of “urban group”,using the literature data method,exper-t inter view method,field investigation method and case analysis method.At pr-esent,t-he Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei youth sports contests carried out in three place-s have been studied,and the current situation of the synergy development of Beijing-T ianjin-Hebei youth sports contests is studied from six aspects: competition polic y,organization,competition development,market development,media p-ublicity and cultural construction.The problem is summarized by the case stu--dy of t he National Youth Summer Ski Challenge and the 2nd Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Y outh Summer Ski Challenge and the first Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Youth Tennis 123 grading competition.The following conclusions:(1)The synergy d evelopment plan for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei youth sports contests has not yet been issued,which restricts the further development of the contest;(2)The org anization of collaborative development is led by the sports and education depar-tments,and the project sports association is To be strong,the operating unit o-f the contest is asupporting development model,and the organization of the c ontest needs to be further optimized;(3)The competition has achieved a trendof increasing from scratch and showing increasing year by year,but the compe tition is unstable and un synergy;(4)The concept of the development of the co-ntest market is lacking,and the market developmentis lagging behind;(5)the media propaganda channel is thin and the publicity effect is not good;(6)the contest culture construction is neglected.According to the conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)T he government takes the initiative to provide more resources to support Accelerate the formulation of the synergy development plan for the Beijing-Tia njin-Hebei youth sports contest the development of the contest and to make th econtest a regionally influential brand contest;(2)Optimize the collaborative dev elopment organization of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei youth sports contests;(3)Inn--ovate the competition mode to enrich the content of youth sports contests;(4)Adhere to the market-oriented operational concept and do a good job in collab orative market development of the contest;(5)Expand the propaganda channel f-or the synergy development of youth sports contests in Beijing,Tianjin an-d Hebei;(6)Pay attention to the cultural construction of the synergy development of youth sports contests in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. |
