In the rapid process of industrialization ? urbanization and modernization in Jiangxi province,a large number of rural people and school-age children move to urban area.This will bring "large-class" problems to the compulsory education schools in urban area.As the important part of balanced development of compulsory education,the balanced development of compulsory education schools in cities and towns can not be ignored.It is necessary to solve the "large-class" problems which exist at compulsory education schools.In order to know the impact on the process of urbanization to the development of education between county and town and optimize education resources between county and town in Jiangxi province,the thesis treats urban compulsory education schools in jiangxi province as investigation object,distributes questionnaires all over Jiangxi Province and investigates six places in five cities on-the-spot.According to the statistical data and fieldwork research situation,we find that urban compulsory education schools' "large-class" phenomenon in Jiangxi province exists in various cities in the province.At the same time,it brings so many problems such as hidden danger of campus security,limit of Students' physical and mental development,teachers' heavy load,inconvenience of School management.There are many causes to form "large-class" phenomenon,for example under the new-type urbanization background of the population to the city migration,people irrational choice of choosing schools with the unbalanced state,school's passive design layout with the development of economy,type development between urban and rural areas.Facing "large-class" problem,all cities do not pay attention to it and be lack of motivation to solve it.It is very difficult to get land approval.It is also lack of educational construction land.Little money is used in this aspect.What's more,schools need construction funds.High quality resources is limited.Balanced allocation of education resources becomes a difficult problem.At present,with the further advance of urbanization,new changes of household registration system and the influence of Two-child policy,the amount of school-age children in urban area will increase quickly,the future demand for classes will also continue to swell.Meanwhile,with the development of national life,people increasingly have strong demand for high quality education.Because of this,it is necessary to solve urban compulsory education schools' "large-class" problems.As for this,the author puts forward five strategies to solve compulsory education schools' "large-class" problems.First of all,urban compulsory education schools' layout should be reasonable to adjust.Secondly,the education funds should be fully put into.Thirdly,construction land should be ensured.Then,teachers' resource should be balanced.At last,it need to be scientific to manage a school.If all measures are taken,it looks forward to solving these problems.It is an opportunity to optimize the urban and rural compulsory education resources allocation,to promote balanceddevelopment of the compulsory education,to further the process of integration of urban and rural education reform in Jiangxi province.In solving compulsory education schools' "large-class" problems,it ought to realize three questions.At first,solving the urban compulsory education schools' problems is not contrary to the rural compulsory education.What is more,increasing investment on urban compulsory education schools' construction is not abandon rural compulsory education.Lest but not the last,optimizing the distribution of urban compulsory school teachers is not weakened rural compulsory education.
