Study On The Floating Population's Deviant Behavior And Its Governance In Ethnic Minority Areas

With the continuous development of China's economy,the process of urbanization has accelerated,the state of ethnic minority areas has been gradually broken,the frequent exchanges between ethnic groups,a large number of ethnic minority population from the remote ethnic settlements into the city,making urban minorities The floating population gradually increased.The city as the main intersection of different nationalities and cultures is the main cause of ethnic relations.In the process of comprehensive social transformation,there are deviant behaviors,crimes,disturbing social order,behavioral anomie and anomie of the floating population in the ethnic areas,and put forward new challenges to our social governance.Based on the field investigation,this paper uses the new public management theory to analyze and study the deviant behavior of the national floating population in the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,and to explore a combination of effective social governance way.The full text is divided into the following sections:Introduction,mainly elaborated the background,significance,research content and research methods of this study.Combing the domestic and foreign research topics and theoretical results.The first part of the basic concepts and basic theories of this study.The second part,the deviant behavior of floating population in ethnic areas.The third part,the analysis of the causes of deviant behavior in ethnic areas.The fourth part is the basic way of social governance of the floating population in the ethnic areas.
