| Ethnic relations are a social phenomenon as well as a special social relationship,which exists universally in multi-ethnic countries.The ethnic relations between different nations and countries have an important impact on the development of the nation and country.The ethnic relations in Northwest in China are often regarded as the epitome of the ethnic relations in our country,especially in the process of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,the ethnic relations are more special and complex due to its influence.As more and more floating populations come to cities,urban ethnic relations have shown a trend of diversification of ethnic subjects.The various ethnic groups in the city have achieved unprecedented expansion in the depth and breadth of exchanges,but the differences in the cultural traditions,customs,and religious beliefs of different ethnic groups have also brought negative effects on the relations between the ethnic groups.The harmony of urban ethnic relations is not only closely related to the development of each ethnic group,but also related to the local social order and long-term stability,and it is also related to the national defense and frontiers of Xinjiang and the stability of the country.With the changes in my country’s national conditions and the development of the ethnic theory disciplinary system,scholars currently study ethnic relations no longer confined to the disciplinary perspectives of national identity,cultural identity,and the construction of ethnic community identity,but more emphasis on ethnic exchanges.Research on ethnic relations in the dynamic process,and the floating population community has this typical characteristic.Therefore,this thesis takes the Marxist ethnic theory as the guide,takes the ethnic relations of the floating population community as the ultimate goal,combines the background of the times and the development trend of the discipline,and takes the three floating population communities in Yizhou District of Hami City as the survey points.The core concepts of communities,migrant communities and ethnic relations,as well as the combing of the theory of ethnic communication and exchange and the theory of urban ethnic relations,clarified the connotation of the research object of this thesis,and selected the ethnic pattern,ethnic communication,inter-ethnic marriage,the leading role of the government,and the casting The five indicators of the consciousness of the Chinese nation’s community of labor have adopted the methods of fieldwork,combined quantitative and qualitative analysis,comparative research,and interdisciplinary research to conduct an empirical analysis of the status quo of ethnic relations in the floating population community,from the perspective of ethnic exchanges and exchanges.The main body,object,content,form,carrier and other aspects of the migrant community have summarized and summarized the characteristics of ethnic communication and integration in the floating population community,forming a general law.Through analysis and demonstration,although various ethnic groups have boundaries in inter-ethnic intermarriage and private communication in the process of ethnic communication,the new socialist ethnic relations have still been further developed and consolidated.Of course,ethnic relations in the migrant population community in Yizhou District of Hami City are also affected by four aspects: economic development,cultural exclusion,migrant rights and interests,and ethnic psychology,the continuity of ethnic relations memories,the illegal and criminal problems of individual migrants,and the Internet Inappropriate remarks and inadequate information construction also shackle the deep development of ethnic relations in these three migrant communities to varying degrees.Finally,in view of the existing problems,this thesis explores the practice paths of optimizing these three migrant communities from the five aspects of the party’s ethnic policies,economic development,cultural identity,community services,and rule of law. |
