The people's livelihood has become hot topic in the Social structure in China against the backdrop of a sharp transition. The ethnic minorities is Socially disadvantaged groups .They were One of the groups of concerned.In this study, theoretical analysis of social support tools and use of qualitative research methods. Lanzhou City of the floating population of minority community to support the status quo, structural characteristics, as well as the impact of factors summarized in the preliminary study and exploration. By 20 of doing business in minority lan-depth interviews with the floating population, mainly from the formal and informal social support community to support the two dimensions of the floating population of minority community to support a summary of the status quo. That as a result of individual, institutional, and cultural impact of three factors, This particular community to support vulnerable groups showing a lack of policy support, and organized support of the weak, the main self-sufficiency and sustainability of social support in four non-structural features.The Study of "the floating population of minority community to support the System" as the basic end result from the enhanced system, the activation system and the lack of systems at three levels of the floating population of minority community to support the system of trying to construct as the the results of the basic theory research.In this study, for the floating population of ethnic minorities to provide support from a theoretical point of view, they can expect to live the status quo in the city play a role in promoting the improvement, thus building a socialist harmonious society and building a well-off society dynamic.
