The Livelihood Of Ethnic Floating Population And Urban Adaptation Research

China is a Multi-ethnic country. With the reforming and opening up, the development of urbanization speeds up gradually, and the flow of population becomes the irreversible trend. In order to improve their living conditions, many of the ethnic minorities gradually go out of the mountains into the city. As the center of different ethnic and cultures, the problem of ethnic minorities floating population adaptation cities becomes highlight with a series of reality issues, due to the huge difference of living environment and cultural background, Under this background, this article want to get some beneficial exploration in this field.Such H village of the Miao floating population as an example, from the cultural perspective of adaptation theory and advantages of floating population of ethnic minorities living way and city adaptation, the author gets a qualitative research which is basic on the local X center, adult literacy classes, sewing training, comprehensive ability training and other services, so as to get some suggestions to improve their marginal status and the city adaption.The author hopes to use cultural adjustment theory, combining the advantages from the perspective of practice mode, and selects the H village in Qiandongnan Miao group as the research object in Kunming, searching the living way of this special fringe groups and corresponding social services in-depth, reflecting on the basis of practice in order to improve the service of social work methods and strategies, promoting the floating population of ethnic minorities living development and improving marginal status, and help them adapt the city better.The author regard that in the aspect of city cultural adaptation research, existing research focuses too much on the side of vulnerable groups of floating population should make what effort and adjustment, but involves city residents changing little. This article is based on the analyze and evaluation from strengths perspective under the guidance of social work services, summarizing the problems which existing in the social service system, promoting the mutual adaptation between the ethnic minority floating population and the city, and putting forward the integrated model of social work service for instance.
