Curriculum reform of elementary education in our country advocates the learning styles of autonomy,exploration and cooperation,which promotes students' consciousness of autonomous learning and the development of autonomous learning capacity.Cultivating students' independent-study ability is the need of students' lifelong learning,the need of social development,the need of quality-oriented education and the need of mathematics education.The students of grade 7 are in a special and important period.Finding the countermeasures of autonomous learning of mathematics for the seventh grade students,which is a very worthwhile studying issue.This research is based on the seventh grade students' structure of mathematical knowledge,and based on the guidance of the new concept of the new curriculum.This research is based on the comprehensive surveys of existing,and then using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,individual interview,case study.The research studied the present condition of the mathematical autonomous learning and the main problems for seventh grade students.The research analyses the main causes of seventh grade students' mathematical autonomous learning and then puts forward the corresponding guiding countermeasures.Through questionnaires and case interviews,it is found that the autonomy of the seventh grade students is not strong,that the attitude to mathematics learning and the mathematical efficacy of the seventh grade students is not good.It is general of the students' interest in mathematics learning,and it is low of the students' Mathematical Meta-cognition.The teaching methods of mathematics affect the autonomous learning of the seventh grade students and the seventh grade students have some special reasons which influence their autonomous learning.Through the case study,this paper explores the strategies of cultivating students' autonomous learning.Teachers can focus on individual guidance to improve students' sense of autonomous learning.Teachers should have the consciousness of autonomous study to set up the exemplary role.Teachers can carry out communication before class to achieve the main position of students.Teachers can cultivate students' autonomous learning in Mathematics with the guidance of Meta-cognition theory.Teachers can pay attention to the cultivation of students' mathematics autonomous learning.
