The concept of Community of Practice(CoP),which emphasized the importance of CoP to promote the legitimate and successful participation of individuals in learning,was first proposed by Jean Lave and Etienne Wenger.They believed that people constitute CoP because of common interests and problems in daily life,and also that learning is a process in which learners agree with the cultural value of an CoP.Currently,CoP has been widely used in various professional development areas of training,such as business,government,education and so on.Teacher is the foundation of education and the key to development of education..As a successor to the cause of education,Pre-Service Teacher needs to undergo rigorous training,have a good professional ethics,systematically master professional knowledge and skills.This paper proposes a design scheme of Pre-Service Teacher Microteaching Community of Practice(MCoP).McoP is used as the organization form of teaching skills training,and WeChat is used as a network tool to support MCoP activities,to surmount around the one-man instructor training methods,to establish a mixed learning system of MCoP,to strengthen discussion and reflection of members in the micro-teaching training process,to create a mutually beneficial and win-win learning atmosphere and to play the role of MCoP.Based on summarizing the case of CoP and clarifying training methods of microteaching,this paper consists of four parts: Section 1 analyzes requirements of cultivating Mco P about the basic situation and problems of Pre-Service Teacher microteaching.Section 2 combines with the theory of activity on designing the cultivation Strategy of McoP.Section 3 uses WeChat to build the network environment of communication and sharing,and to carry out cultivation practice of Pre-Service Teacher MCoP in accordance with the development lifecycle of CoP.Section 4 is the analysis of cultivation effect which is analyzed by a variety of methods,including the analysis of the teaching skills,the analysis of generated domain content,the analysis of Legitimate Peripheral Participation,and the analysis of identitying the value of McoP.The cultivation effect shows that,a certain attractiveness and generality in the field of MCoP is supported by the WeChat,the community members have good social relations,the activities have improved the persistence of the practice of microteaching and the pertinence of teaching skill training and accumulated a lot of shared resources which reflect the McoP's value.
