Research On The Model Of Case-Based In-service Teacher's Informationalized Teaching Skill Training

Nowadays the competition between nations reflects the competition of education. The future of our country depends on education, and the development of our education depends on teachers. Many countries have paid ongoing research on teacher training. In the information society, IT training for teachers is an urgent task, and to improve teacher informationalized teaching skill is key to teacher training. In order to explore an effective teacher training model, this thesis investigates Case Teaching, and focuses on Case-based In-service Teacher's Informationalized Teaching Skill Training Model, based on the home and aboard research on teacher training.Chapter one defines the concepts of case and Case 'leaching deliberately, contrasts case with example, Case Teaching with Example 'leaching, and explains the function, significance and limitation of Case Teaching.Chapter two explores three stages of Case Teaching: before-class, during-class and after-class, and the roles of teacher and student in eacli stage, furthermore puts forward the requirements on case, teacher and student in Case Teaching.Chapter three synthesizes the goals and content of in-service teacher's informationalized teaching skill, based on American NETS and Chinese National Teacher IT Training Standards. This thesis tries to construct the model of Case-based In-service Teacher's Informationalized Teaching Skill Training, combined with some relevant theory of vocational training.Chapter four explains the concept and components of leaching unit, and exemplifies the teaching unit with informationalized instructional design, provides some relevant cases, case analyses and evaluation criterions, for the application of the Model of Case-based In-service Teacher's Infonmtionalized Teaching Skill Training.
