Responsibility,as one of the traditional morality of the Chinese nation,has always been a topic of discussion,and the development of any era is inseparable from the responsibility.In particular,with the progress of the society and the development of the times,more and more people are dared to take responsibility and sense of responsibility.The youth,as the hope and future of the country,bear the responsibility of the future destiny of the country,so the cultivation of the sense of responsibility of the middle school students is more necessary.Therefore,in 2003 the "full-time compulsory education curriculum standards of morality(experiment draft)" on the responsibility of the detailed content of the meaning of responsibility,why take responsibility,how to bear on individuals,collective,society and state responsibility are explained.In addition,in the textbook "morality and rule of law" used by the 2016 junior high school students,the importance of responsibility is emphasized again,and how to undertake the responsibility is explained in detail.Although the responsibility education has been carried out for so many years,the state has also attached great importance to it,but its effect is not satisfactory.Therefore,starting from the meaning of responsibility and responsibility education,focusing on the current situation of responsibility education,this paper analyzes the problems of responsibility education,and tries to provide solutions from different angles.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part,responsibility and responsibility education,this part from liability and responsibility education aspects,the first aspect,the meaning,characteristics and classification of the responsibility;second,according to the characteristics of the meaning of responsibility,summed up the connotation of responsibility education,and from multiple angles are analyzed.Finally,it introduces the related knowledge of responsibility education in the course of morality and rule of law,which helps readers understand the junior middle school teaching materials,and lays the foundation for the analysis of the problems in the process of carrying out the responsibility education in the course of morality and rule of law.The second part is the reason of carrying out the responsibility education in the course of morality and the rule of law.This part from the requirements of the current curriculum,to the current social situation,in the analysis of the importance of responsibility education for teenagers and countries,finally carry out analysis of responsibility education significance for the state,society and individual,it is necessary to carry out on responsibility education,analyzes three aspects of importance and significance to carry out moral responsibility education,reason and the rule of law in the course of a comprehensive story.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of responsibility education in the course of morality and the rule of law.This part includes two aspects,one part is the responsibility of education,this part through the analysis of a part of the survey data,points out the implementation of the responsibility education is not high,and then from the current lack of responsibility for the quality of students,poor teaching effect and responsibility practice of low quantity and poor quality of the three aspects is not high a detailed description of the implementation of responsibility education.The other part,aiming at the responsibility education of morality and the rule of law in the course of analysis,this part mainly analyzes from five aspects,namely,the quality of teachers is not high,people do not pay enough attention,lack of family education,the lack of school education,social environment influence five aspects,a comprehensive analysis of the emergence of the cause of the problem.The fourth part,according to the current ethics and the rule of law curriculum in the responsibility education problems,put forward the corresponding solutions.It is impossible to solve any problem by one side's efforts.Therefore,this part analyzes from four aspects,family,school,society and individual,and gives corresponding solutions.In four aspects,focus on the analysis of the school in the view of point of view,analysis process,the author combined with the teaching practice,from the change of education idea,pay attention to the personality development of students,improve the content of education,improve the quality of teachers,improve teaching methods in five aspects are given specific measures.
