Investigation On The Understand And Employment Of Education Punishment By Families Of Young Children

punishment becomes an indispensable means of education thanks to the unmatched educational function of punishment,however,the punishment’s malpractice brings negative effects to the abuse of punishment education,what results that the punishment into excessive use or shunned.So the contradiction of good education mind and poor educational outcomes becomes a research.This paper which is based on the perspective of the parents uses an questionnaire to investigate the understanding and use about punishment among children parents in Huaibei area,making an effort to analyze the parent’s cognition and the current situation of application of punishment education HuaiBei area in order to find the faults.This article has four sections:The first part introduces the research reasons,research signification,research contents,concept definition,research overview.The second part introduces the research objective,research technique,research tools.The third and the fourth parts carry on the questionnaire’s result statistics and the difference analysis,knowing :in the aspect of conceptual understanding,some parents confuse corporal punishment,preaching and punishment,some has different levels in kinship,age,educational background;In the aspect of the general situation of punishment,some parents lack the learning about theoretical knowledge,but there id no difference in kinship,age,degree and class;In the aspect of punishment strategy,some parents use firm strategy,timely strategy,appreciation strategy,appeasing strategy are not in place,but there is difference between parents’ age and parent’s educational background;For the purpose of punishment,the vast majority of parents punish children for the purpose of reasonable,but the purpose of improving grades in children’ class there is a significant difference;In terms of punishment,isolation calmly,deprivation of rights are used more frequently,there are differences in the education of parents.The fifth part suggested that parents should correctly distinguish relevant concepts,the education punishment concept of family members needs to be consistent.When decide topunish children,parents must be firm and timely,especially the older parents should not soft heart,also should take the appeasement and appreciated seriously after punishment completed.All of above suggestions can improve the effectiveness of educational punishment.
