The class teacher in class management,in order to carry out effective management,must be "people-oriented,student oriented".According to the revelation of the good and evil dualism of human nature,we can see that the students' factors are complicated,which requires the teacher in charge to adopt different management methods.In this paper,a case study of a rural boarding primary school in Anhui Province is taken as the research object,and the validity of the management of the higher management of primary school is expounded and analyzed in detail.The paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the origin of the study,the study of the effectiveness of the class management of the relevant literature were sorted out,and has been defined the five core Concept.The second part is the research ideas and design of the effectiveness of class management.This part mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods,the reason of the selected research object and the theoretical resources of the research.The third part is the process and discovery of the study of the effectiveness of class management.Include four aspects: the profile of the study object,the irregular behavior and the rigid discipline,the self-esteem need and the self-restraint,the rigid discipline and the self-restraint.Finally,the conclusion and enlightenment of the research are presented.The conclusion is that the duality of human nature is the fluctuation between the law and self-discipline in the behavior of senior high school students.Rigid discipline and self-restraint are the necessary paths for the effectiveness of class management.Revelation for the senior high school class teacher to carry out effective class management,must be in heteronomy and self-discipline to seek an effective balance between.
