Factors Influencing Physical Ability Of Football Referees In Jilin Province And Improve The Path Study

From the first referee appeared in the football arena,has been 100 years of history.For more than a century,the referee has become an indispensable role on the pitch,their vigorous figure and chic punishment has always attracted the attention of the fans.With the development of football in China as a "national policy",Super,A,B and U series and other football quality is also increasing,for the football referee physical level requirements are bound to increase.Therefore,to solve the problem of football referee lack of physical fitness,to strengthen the construction of the referee team,and quickly improve the quality of the referee at all levels,not only to meet the growing demand for the current football competition,but also the development of China's football industry is an important plate.In this paper,the author uses the literature method,questionnaires,expert interview method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the current situation of the soccer referee's physical fitness level in Jilin province,and find out 14 cases that affect the body weight of Jilin football referees the main factor of influence.And draw the following conclusions:1.The main public latent factors are physical fitness factors,external environmental factors,health guidance factors and internal influencing factors.Among the four major public potentials,the physical training factor has the greatest weight impact on the physical fitness level of the football referees in Jilin Province.The weighting order of the physical training factors is: physical training plan development / physical training schedule > Physical training content selection> Physical training Load control> Physical training method means> Nutrition recovery after training.The weight of the external environmental factors in the second place,the factors of the external environment factor weight are: referee management system> referee physical fitness test standards> football in the region to carry out the situation.Health weighting factor in the third place,the weight of each factor are: bad habits> sports injury protection> referee body shape.The internal impact factor has the smallest weight coefficient,and the factors that are covered are: physical training motivation> law enforcement competition level.The investigation found that the referee's physical training program lacked systematic,scientific,physical training time allocation unreasonable,the training content can not meet the actual needs,training methods means a single,do not attach importance to the training after the recovery process is restricted Jilin football referee physical level Important influencing factors.2.From the external environment,the development of football in Jilin Province,the uneven level of development,the referee management system needs to be improved,physical fitness test content and standards to be improved is another important factor.3.referee body shape is better,but the referee prevalence of injury history and life is not the law,which also affected the referee normal physical training.4.From the referee's own point of view,the referee on the importance of physical training reached a consensus,its purpose is to pass the physical test,the higher the level of referee competition level of its physical level requirements are higher.In view of the main factors influencing the physical fitness level of football referees in Jilin Province,the author puts forward the following suggestions:(A)improve the evaluation mechanism,strengthen the file management;(B)the integration of advantages of resources,strengthen training efforts;(C)innovative test content,optimize the test standards;(D)establish a sense of health,improve lifestyle.
