?? Purpose: This study takes the fourth and eighth grade students in Xihu District of Nanchang City as an example,aiming to understand the current situation of physical activity and physical fitness level of senior primary school students and junior high school students in Xihu District;at the same time,it explores the influencing factors of physical fitness of the fourth and eighth grade students,so as to provide a reasonable basis for the targeted improvement of physical activity and physical fitness level of the students in Xihu District of Nanchang city.?? Research object and method 1?There are 27 primary and secondary schools in Xihu District of Nanchang city.Students in each class of grade four and grade eight are randomly selected for physical test and questionnaire survey.2?According to the national standards for students' physical health(2014 Revision),on-site physical test was carried out for the selected students.The physical activity of the students was investigated by using the questionnaire of physical fitness of children and adolescents(student questionnaire).?? Results: 1.Physical activity In school days,only 12.5% of the students in grade 4 and 8.9% of the students in Grade 8 have high-intensity physical activity reaching 60 minutes every day,among which 49.5% of the students in grade 4 and 42.5% of the students in Grade 8 have high-intensity physical activity reaching more than 3 days.2.Constitution In the total score of physical health test of the fourth grade students,the pass rate is 80%,and the fail rate is 20%.In the total score grade of physical health test of eighth grade students,the qualified rate is 79%,and the failed rate is 21%.3.Influence of different physical activities on physical fitness(1)The days of more than one hour of high-intensity physical activity in school days had a significant effect on the speed quality of fourth grade students(P < 0.01),and on the endurance quality of eighth grade students(P < 0.01).(2)The number of days with more than one hour of high-intensity physical activity on weekends had a significant effect on the physical function of the fourth grade students(P < 0.05),and on the endurance quality of the eighth grade students(P < 0.01).(3)The number of muscle exercise days in a week had a significant effect on the body flexibility and the core strength of waist and abdomen of the fourth grade students(P < 0.05),and had a significant effect on the speed quality(P < 0.01).(4)Static time had a significant effect on the results of sit ups,sit forward flexion and body test assembly of the fourth grade students(P < 0.01),standing long jump of the eighth grade students(P < 0.05),and 50m(P < 0.01).4.Factors influencing the grade of physical fitness score Whether there are partners to participate in sports together,whether the school's sports venues,equipment and equipment can meet the physical training needs of students,the number of sports facilities equipped in the community near the home,the importance of physical education for students to participate in physical training,and the attitude to participate in physical training have a significant impact on students' physical quality rating(P < 0.01).?.Conclusion 1.Physical activity In the fourth and eighth grade students,the amount of high-intensity physical activity is insufficient,and the frequency of the fourth grade students participating in physical activity is higher than that of the eighth grade students.2.Constitution The physique of the fourth and eighth grade students is generally in the qualified level.3.The influence of physical activity on physical fitness(1)High intensity physical activities on school days and weekends have a significant impact on the speed quality and physical function of fourth grade students,and on the endurance quality of eighth grade students.(2)The number of muscle exercise days in a week has a significant effect on the body flexibility,core strength of waist and abdomen,and speed quality of the fourth grade students.(3)Static time has a significant effect on the strength and flexibility of the waist and abdomen of the fourth grade students,and on the strength and speed of the lower limbs of the eighth grade students.4.Factors influencing the grade of students' physical evaluation The degree of peer participation,the school's sports venues,equipment,the number of community sports facilities,the important role of physical education class in physical exercise,and the attitude to participate in physical exercise have a significant impact on students' physical fitness rating.
