In recent years,the physique of teenagers in our country shows a downward trend.As a complex comprehensive quality,agility is closely related to other qualities.Therefore,the development of children's agility quality not only can improve their sports performance and skill level,but also is one of the important ways to improve their physical fitness.In this study,through the experimental method to verify the effect of ladder training on 7-8 year old pupils sensitivity,and through the comparison of the conventional class,traditional sensitivity training and ladder training of the three,in order to find the method is more conducive to the development of age sensitivity.Research methods:The experiment is from the second subsidiary of the Northeast Normal University second grade selected three natural classes,a class as a control group,the remaining two were experimental A class,experimental class B.Selected the number of these three classes are 45 people,24 boys,21 girls.Students are 7-8 years old,and these three classes are taught with the same physical education teacher.Before the experiment,three classes of students in the body shape,T-tast run,20 s repeated across,round-trip(10m × 4)and Illinois run four indicators were analyzed statistically,the results show that three students in the four There was no significant difference in the index(p> 0.05),with homogeneity.As the school's lower class in the form of "the main class + sub-class",sub-class is generally carried out after the preparatory activities,so the three classes of exercises are selected after the preparation of activities.Experiment A class using the ladder training method;experimental B class using the traditional sensitive training method;control class using the school arranged by the deputy class.Three classes in addition to the contents of the preparation after the different activities,the other class content are the same.Research result:Control classes in the experiment,the sensitivity of boys and girls of the four indicators of the results have increased.Which boys T-shaped run,run back and forth(10m × 4)two results compared with the experiment before,show p <0.05.There are significant differences.Female T-shaped run compared with before the experiment,p<0.05.There are significant differences.Experiment A class after the experiment,the sensitivity of boys and girls of the four indicators of the results have improved.Boys and girls of the four indicators of the quality of the results have improved.The results of the four indicators of male and female compared with the experimental before the four results show that p <0.01,there is a high degree of significant differences.Experiment B class after the experiment,the sensitivity of boys and girls of the four indicators of the results have improved.Boys and girls of the four indicators of the quality of the results have improved.The results of the four indicators of male and female compared with the experimental before the four results show that p <0.01,there is a high degree of significant differences.Compared with the experimental group B,the results of the four classes of the experimental group B were not only higher than those of the experimental group A,but also p <0.05,there were significant differences;Compared with the control group,the scores of the four indicators of the experimental group B were not only higher than those of the control group,but also p <0.01,there was a significant difference between the two groups;In comparison,the results of the four indicators of male and female students in experiment A were not only higher than those in the control group,but also p <0.05.There were significant differences.Analysis conclusion:After the experiment,three kinds of training methods are conducive to the development of sensitive quality.Improve the quality of the three classes of students four indicators of achievement.After the experiment,the soft ladder training method and the traditional sensitivity training have obvious effect on the development of the sensitive qualities,and the four indicators of the students have significant differences before and after the experiment.After the experiment,the traditional training methods for 7-8 year-old primary school students the development of sensitive quality training better.
