Physical education is an indispensable part of school education.And the physical education in our school is a way and means through teaching,and the form of classroom teaching is the main rule.In the classroom teaching,the preparatory activity is the prelude of the whole teaching,and it is also an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the teaching of physical education,Any teaching model and classroom structure are inseparable from the preparatory activities,Therefore,the preparation activity is essential link in the sports teaching process.A variety of preparation activities can improve students'interest in learning and develop students'physical agility during sensitive periods of children,Agility is an important component of physical fitness.It is a comprehensive reflection of time,space,and physical qualities,such as speed,stamina,flexibility,coordination and strength,under the control of the central nervous system,More and more attention has been paid to the application of agile quality in various projects,It has become a widespread concern in the academic field,However,there are few studies on the sensitivity of children,So,this paper takes Fuzhou city of Wushan primary school as an example,to incorporate the ladder classroom teaching in preparatory activities,Hope that through this study the ladder effect on the students in the teaching of physical education on the physical quality of the students have a better understanding of the sensitivity,So as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the reform of physical education and the improvement of physical education quality.This paper mainly deals with the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,Effect of exercise on the ladder in Gulou District of Fuzhou Wushan primary school the first grade 128 students as experimental subjects as sensitivity.Two natural classes were randomly selected as the experimental class and the control class.During the experiment,the experimental class in the preparations of physical education in the 10 minute rope ladder exercises,the control group with the syllabus and teaching plan teaching.In addition to the preparatory exercises,other teaching contents are the same,The experimental time lasted for 16 weeks.The results of the study were as follows:1.Comparison between the experimental subjects of the control class before and after the experiment:? After 15 seconds of the control class,the times of the test were 0.1 times higher than that before the experiment.? The number of tests in the control class was 0.05 times higher than that before the experiment after 20 seconds.?the time used in the test of the 4*10 meter reentry test of the control class was 0.06 seconds shorter than the time used before the test.?the time used in the test of the six corner ball test after the test of the control class was 0.06 seconds longer than the time used before the test.The four indexes of the control class were changed after the experiment,but there was no difference between the four indexes,and there was no significant difference.2.The experimental subjects were compared before and after the experiment:?After 15 seconds of the experimental class,the number of times of the test was 2.24 times higher than that before the experiment.?The number of tests in the experimental class was 1.71 times higher than that before the experiment after 20 seconds of repeated jump test.?The time used in the 4*10 meter test of the experimental class was 0.5 seconds shorter than the time used before the test.?the time used in the test of the six corner ball index test of the experimental class was 0.43 seconds shorter than the time before the test.After the experiment,the four indexes were all higher than those before the experiment,and P<0.01,the indicators were different and highly significant.3.Compared with the experimental subjects after the experiment,the subjects of the control class were compared with the experimental subjects after the experiment:? the number of men and women in the experimental class after 15 seconds was 2.71 times higher than that of the control class.?After the experiment,the times of repeated jump test in 20 seconds of the male and female students in the experimental class were 2.17 times higher than that of the control class.?after the experiment,boys and girls in the experimental class gave birth to 4*10 meters,and the time spent in the test of turning back and running time was 0.39 seconds shorter than that in the control class.?After the experiment,the time spent in the six corners corner test for male and female students in the experimental class was 0.52 seconds shorter than that in the control class.Four indicators of the experimental class after the experiment were higher than those of the control class after the experiment of four indexes,and P<0.01,shows that the experimental class through the ladder after training,there were differences,and highly significant.The following are the results of the study:? through the 16 week and the traditional teaching control class,there were no significant improvements in the scores of 20s in the four indicators of repeated jump,15s vertical support,4 10m turn back run,six corner catch ball.?By 16 weeks and the experimental class subjects ladder training preparation activities in introducing 20s repeatedly across the results the 15s jump,vertical and horizontal bracing,4 × 10m shuttle run,six corners to catch the ball in the four indicators increased significantly.?In the primary school sports teaching using ladder training can actively promote the improvement of the quality of children's body sensitive.
