With the rapid development of football,in the game fast and effective time space competition and intense physical confrontation is increasing,physical as an essential part of football is an essential part of the world more and more attention by football players,this But also to promote the football body of scientific research constantly updated and improved.Football special qualities as a football technology,tactical and physical sensitivity of the organic whole,both the football skills,tactical training and the body contains the sensitive quality training.The aim of this study is to explore the influence of soft ladder training on the special and sensitive qualities of college football and its influence on the sensitivity of ball and balllessness in football.To provide an effective reference for improving the special quality of college football.In this paper,the training contents and test indexes of the paper are screened by means of literature and questionnaire,and the experimental method and mathematical statistics are used to verify the effect of soft ladder training on the special quality of football and compare and analyze the results.30 years of football enthusiasts from China University of Mining and Technology as the experimental object,through the football enthusiasts height and weight,kick life,age and pre-test results to be divided into experimental group and control group,after 16 weeks of training,To test the special quality of football special test of the four test indicators to test,to obtain the final test results and statistical analysis of the following conclusions:(1)The comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment found that in the random environment of rapid and rapid changes,the ability of rapid response and the test of the body's comprehensive sensitivity of the "hexagonal reaction ball test" results significantly improved,indicating a combination of The training group of soft ladder training is better than traditional sensitive quality training to improve the quality of college students' special football(no ball).(2)The comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment found that the Illinois(Illinois)test results,which reflect the ability of the athletes to increase,decrease and transform the movement during the fast movement,were significantly improved,thus demonstrating the experiments combined with the soft ladder training Group than the traditional sensitive quality training for college students football special quality(no ball)to improve the effect better.(3)Compared with the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the red arrow test performance was very significant in reflecting the ability of the athletes to change quickly when they were running quickly,and the athletes' physical control and balance and coordination were very good,So it shows that the experimental group combined with the soft ladder training is better than the traditional sensitive quality training to the college students football special sensitive quality(no ball)to improve the effect better.(4)The comparison between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment showed that the results of the AFL dribbling sensitivity test,which were reflected in the acceleration and deceleration of the combined ball,And it is proved that there is no significant difference between the experimental group combined with the traditional sensitive and quality training on the special quality of college students 'football.It is proved that the soft ladder training is very sensitive to the promotion of college students' football.The quality(with the ball)is not significantly improved.
