When entered the comprehensive construction of a well-off society,the spiritual and material cultural life level has enhanced greatly.The life styles of people are changing beyond imagination,people yearning for a new life,for the pursuit of value,knowledge of improved health,leisure entertainment demand,cognition of sports understanding in change.But at the same time a lot of problems with the change of people’s life style appeared,make different effects on people’s life and health in all aspects.As a healthy way of modern life,exercise habits can promote health,improve the quality of life.A qualified college teacher should be externally,virtue,wisdom,all-round development.With the quickening process of reform and development of universities under the new situation,University Teachers face of more work pressure,leisure time is also reduced,irregular and physical health compared to before gradually decline.So the study of sports lifestyle in Ludong University,for management decision,has the positive significance of theory research.Based on the related theoretical research on the "sports life style" study,according to the questionnaires,literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,theoretical analysis and other methods,to investigate the status of the Ludong University Faculty of sports life style.Based on the extensive collection of information and in-depth investigation.The analysis results show that the Ludong University faculty can recognize the importance of physical exercise on health,sports lifestyle has a certain understanding,to participate in the sports motivation of diversification,but there is nearly varies between health and development of individual life and work each other.The participation time,frequency and intensity of faculty in Ludong University are obviously insufficient,directly affect the sports effect.There is gender difference in sports participate selection among Ludong University faculty,male teachers tend to be more confrontational and violent movement of sports items(such as badminton,basketball,table tennis,running walking,runaway,swimming,etc.);while the female teachers tend to participate the sports of low level,less strenuous sports but longer duration(such as walking,table tennis,badminton,jogging,walking,aerobics,dance and so on).Exercising with peers,friends is the most common form.Ludong University faculty have some basic concepts of sports life style,but the vast majority of teachers can’t hold on long-term sports life.The main factors affecting the participation of Ludong University faculty is the pressure of work,no enough time,lack of the ground,family burden,no peers and lack of interest.A comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the participation in sports lifestyle of Ludong University faculty,systematic and scientific analysis the result,shown the following problems:Firstly,the majority of the faculty in Ludong university are in sub-health state,and teachers are busy with work,has greatly influence the teachers’ participate in multiple sports lifestyle,we also found that the faculty is now facing life and work pressure.Secondly,the sports cognition,attitude and motivation needs,especially the concept of value and the concept of consumption,“rationality and economy “of Ludong University faculty are in a lower position.fully demonstrated the correct cognition of their health investment objective has been lacking.Thirdly,the main items,places and forms of the teachers who participated in the sports activities of Ludong University were involved in the investigation,which reflected the lack of guidance to participate in sports.Fourthly,the teachers from Ludong University are not satisfied with the school sports infrastructure,which reflects that the material culture construction of campus sports in Ludong University needs to be improved.According to the results of the survey and analysis of the external and internal factors of the participation in sports of Ludong University faculty.The values from the leadership,sports management,teachers’ work pressure,leisure time of campus sports culture,explore the impact of external factors of sports lifestyle are the external factors.The sports attitude,sports motivation sports values,internal factors,health consciousness and interest and other aspects of interpretation effect of Ludong University faculty participation in sports lifestyle are internal factors.Finally,according to the survey results and the existing issues,I come up with some suggestions of establishing a healthy concept of capital investment,strengtheningthe health investment theory propaganda,the construction of campus sports material culture,strengthen medical supervision,win-win in a correct,targeted,practical,economical and effective way.
