The Research On The Network Carrier Of The Rule Of Law Education For College Students

With the rapid development of the Internet,China entered the era of Internet information.The features of the Network is open,real-time,covert and interactive,which make it more rapid and efficient in the dissemination of information,also make other carriers of information dissemination not to catch up.At the present,ruling by law is an important strategy for governing the country,and the basis of its smooth development is modern citizens with the rule of law quality.The cultivation of the quality of ruling by law depends on the education,and the educational methods and educational means also the related to the effect of education is good or bad.Educators see Internet as the carrier,which host and conduct legal education content in a more real-time,convenient,efficient and subtle ways,as to deliver legal information to college students to develop their legal literacy,meet the information age and promote the modernization of education of ruling by law,enhance the effectiveness of education of ruling by law and expand the demand for law-related education.Follow the logical order of "discovering a problem--analyzing the problem--solving the problem.",by reading a lot of literature,on the basis of learning from scholars results and the successful experience of the university students’ rule of law education,exploring the current situation and existing problems of the education of rule by law of college students as the carrier,reasons for the existence of the problems,and countermeasures to solve these problems.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is introduction,which is the total summation of papers.From tthe research purpose,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the present research situation,content and method at home and abroad to expanding discussion;The second part,on the basis of the existing studies,defining the education of ruling by law and network carriers,analyzing the features of the legal education network,which hosted conductivity,open sharing,permeable disguise equality with interactive.This part also elaborates the necessity of the theoretical basis and the network as the carrier of the rule of law education,laying the foundation for the subsequent study;The third part,discussed the status quo and problems of the application of the education of ruling by law and network carrier for college students.Although the popularization of the network to promote the rule of law education students has achieved some success,but the application of the network carrier of educators also has many problems,such as the lack of the development and utilization of the network carrier,the poor ability of the educator’s network carrier,the university students to accept the rule of law education,and the irrational network public opinion guidance.The following,conducting deeply analysis of the causes of the above problems;The fourth part,to solve the problem of countermeasures.This paper put forward some suggestions on how to improve the construction and management of the national network carrier,strengthen the popularization and application of the network carrier of the rule of law education in colleges and universities,and improve the quality of college students’ use of the network carrier and purify the educational environment of the university students.With the in-depth implementation of the conviction of the rule of law,there are unprecedented opportunities and challenges are faced for the rule of law education of college students.Under the context of the rule of law,How to realize the application of the network carrier and the connection with the rule of law education of college students,How to use advanced means to solve the practical problems of the rule of law education,will be worth to further research on the subject.This research is beneficial to expand the education of the rule of law education and enhance the effectiveness of the rule of law education,with a view to the ideological and political education in the rule of law education workers to help.
