The ability of teaching reflection of teachers is based on their own teaching activities,to itself as the main body of educational activities,on their own in teaching decision-making,teaching behavior and teaching methods,a kind of ability and the relationship between the analysis,review and adjustment.The ability of teaching reflection as to improve the teaching quality,the effective way to improve teachers' professional development,the State Council put forward the "national long-term reform and development plan" put forward new requirements on the quality of teachers in 2010,emphasizes that teachers should carry out quality requirements,more and more people agree,the teacher is the key to success for curriculum reform in the physical education curriculum as a compulsory course,the key lies in the reform of physical education teachers,physical education teachers reflective ability is the core problem of professional sports teachers,physical education teachers' teaching reflection ability structure can be divided into the theory of reflective ability and experience reflection ability,perseverance reflection ability,three types of sports teachers,teachers' professional development is a the interaction of the continuous learning process,this is a process of discovery and solve problems,as a sports teacher How to cultivate and improve the ability of teaching reflection has become an important research topic.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad for the research on the teaching reflection ability to increase,theoretical research is abundant,but the lack of practice,lack of empirical analysis,especially for the study of sports teachers less reflective ability types,contents and process,I had the honor to attend Hebei Normal University Institute of physical education practice,through education practice in the observation,thinking and communication found: Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education teachers have shortcomings in teaching reflection ability,physical education teachers in middle schools with traditional teaching methods,teachers to reflect on teaching interest is not high,the ability of teaching reflection of lack of knowledge,lack of policy supervision etc..High school age is relatively important learning stage of life,is the implementation of our branch node system teaching,middle school students to influence is far-reaching,facing at this stage students continue to study or go to road occupation education day two completely different,no matter what kind of choice,are sure to have health,now we the health is physical health,mental health social adaptation of the three is truly healthy,and these three are the important mission to play in high school physical education in the teaching of physical education teachers,as the implementation of physical education teaching,knowledge system and teaching skills should constantly update their existing,reflect on their own occupation,improve their professional quality.Research methods through literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,case investigation,mathematical statistics and so on,the Shijiazhuang city middle school PE teachers teaching reflection ability are studied,based on interviews and open questionnaire,were influencing factors of middle school physical education teachers teaching reflection ability development analysis that helps to understand the impact of sports teaching reflection ability development of PE teachers help clear the barrier,combined with the theoretical basis and practical basis for the design of teaching reflection ability of Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education teachers training program.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Prof.Kumakawa Take's "reflective teaching" and Professor Shi Xiaoju "middle school P.E.Teachers' teaching reflection ability scale and preparation of test" of middle school PE Teachers' ability of teaching reflection is the theoretical reflection ability,skill reflective capability and perseverance reflective ability,teaching reflective ability of teacher evaluation in is the evaluation of the ability of teaching reflection master level,on the basis of the theory research developed "Questionnaire" situation teaching reflection ability of Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education teachers,this questionnaire study tested 20 professors,associate professor,can be used as the evaluation of Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education teachers teaching reflection ability of the tool has a good reliability and validity.(2)That teaching reflection ability of Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education teachers through questionnaires,reflective ability experience skills,strong performance,theoretical reflection ability,perseverance,ability to reflect the lowest level,the main factors which influence teachers' reflective ability skills experience for teachers,less two classes,classroom record,seminars and other forms of teaching reflective learning.The main factors affecting teachers' reflective ability theory,to reflect lack of understanding,lack of correct methods of teaching reflection,teaching reflection ability for PE Teachers' content is not clear,the lack of relevant literature,the main factors affecting the reflection ability of perseverance,the school does not have the corresponding reward and punishment system,and lack of collective reflection of driving force lack of physical education teachers self reflection consciousness education task,lack of time.Part of the middle school PE Teachers' teaching reflection is good,for the reflection of teaching reflection,the content of teaching reflection is not enough,the teachers' teaching reflection ability is not high.(3)According to "survey of middle school PE teachers professional standards" requirement of teaching ability and the status quo of the problem,the design of the Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education teachers training program: to construct the competency of teaching reflection information collecting learning,learning methods,theoretical reflection ability theory of self reflection ability,self diagnosis theory and practice experience and skills,ability to reflect reflection ability the information collection of learning and reflection ability skill learn,experience and skills for self diagnosis,experience and practice skills,perseverance reflective ability in information collection,learning methods,learning ability on perseverance perseverance reflective ability of self diagnosis,perseverance,reflection and practice 12 aspects of learning,reading reflection theory books,microteaching,communication,reflection the lesson through seminars and other forms of teachers,help teachers improve the teaching reflection ability,will The combination of theoretical research and current situation investigation,to build the overall training program.(4)The deficiency of this study.Objective reasons: Shijiazhuang City jurisdiction 8 administrative districts,only select the Shijiazhuang city of the 5 districts,the lack of high school physical education teachers for teaching reflection of the comprehensive understanding of the impact of the training program design.Subjective factors: the author studies the limited level of research on Teachers' ability to reflect is not deep enough,the lack of effective control for teachers of teaching reflection implicit,limits the breadth and depth of research.
