A Research On The Ways And Contents Of The Training Reflection Of Science "Special Post Teachers" In Middle School

In twenty-first Century,in order to achieve the strategic goal of rejuvenating the country through science and education and comprehensively promote the reform of education,Teachers training was aiming at achieving their professional development.In 2009,the program of primary and secondary school teachers' training was put forward,thus forming a policy term "National Training program ".And,it was put into force in 2010 by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance.The Shanxi Normal University has been an important training unit of the National Training program in Shanxi Province since 2010,and the "special post teachers" training project is one of the projects it responsible for.In order to promote the training effectiveness better,the training units and many studies had conducted a survey of the training evaluation and needs.but there was too little attention on the text of the training reflection,at the same time there was also a lacking of qualitative research about the teachers' learning and demands.The research is based on three methods: literature review,text analysis,and interview.This research selected the training reflection text of the 93 middle school science teachers those who had attend the "national training plan" 2016 short term training project"as the research object.And they were from 27 counties of 7 different cities in Shanxi Province.In the course of the research,the qualitative analysis software Nvivo11 is used to encode the text,and then the way and the content of the reflection of the teacher training are analyzed.On the basis of these,some suggestions are put forward for training and teachers.The research conclusions are that:(1)There are 3 reflection ways in the middle school science teachers' training reflection.the system theory study way appeared most frequently,it appeared in 89 peoples' reflection,accounting for 95.7% of the total number;the second is self criticism,screeningand elimination of bad habits way,it appeared in 67 peoples' reflection,accounting for 72% of the total number;finally is the analysis of typical examples and the guiding of models way,it appeared in 45 peoples' reflection,accounting for 48.4% of the total number;in reflection,when reflect the most people tended to used two ways together,the number is 42,accounting for 45.2% of the total number;the second is those who have used 3 ways at the same time,the number is 33,accounting for 35.5% of the total number;finally the least have used only one way to reflect,the number is 18,accounting for 19.4% of the total number.(2)When teacher reflected by the way of the analysis of typical examples and the guiding of models,they tended to reflected 7 items,among whom the most frequency is implementation of teaching,totally appeared 27 times,accounting for the 60% of the total number of those who used this way,and the reflection mainly on the teaching style and teaching efficiency;When teacher reflect by the ways of self criticism,eliminated the bad habits,they tended to reflected 12 items,among whom the most frequency is also teaching implementation,totally appeared 33 times,accounting for the 49.3% of the total number of those who used this way,and the reflection mainly on the teaching methods and teaching efficiency;When teacher reflect by the ways of system theory study,they tended to reflected 12 items,among whom the most frequency is attitude and behavior of education,totally appeared48 times,accounting for the 53.9% of the total number of those who used this way,and the reflection mainly on training students' ability.(3)The Biology teachers' reflection involved 11 items,and the most is teaching implementation,it appeared 22 times,accounting for the 73.3% of the total number;The Chemistry teachers' reflection involved 11 items,and the most is attitude and behavior of education,it appeared 19 times,accounting for the 73.1% of the total number;The Physics teachers' reflection involved 13 items,and the most is teaching implementation,it appeared 26 times,accounting for the 70.3% of the total number.When it comes to the number of the content,most of those three subjects "teachers" are tended to concentrated in the 3-6items,which can mostly arouse their thinking and perception.The content of the teachers' reflection of is not single or mechanically added up.There is a great demand for teachers in the subject teaching knowledge,the construction of efficient class,teaching design methods,teaching strategies,and how to plan their professional development.According to the result and analysis of the reflective contents of the "special post teachers",we can also draw the conclusion that: They had a high degree of consistency with the training content and training objectives.The contents The training effect of the threedisciplines is basically achieve the desired objectives.Based on the above conclusions,this paper made some suggestions to the training :(1)Teachers have more reflection and demands in teaching practice and teaching knowledge.So the process of teacher training should focus more on this two aspects.(2)Although there is less reflection on teaching design,but the interviews have showed that more teachers are still demand for it,so in the future,it had better to continue to focus on this aspects.(3)The class management and evaluation was not involved in the training,but there were still some one have reflected on it.these teachers are green hands who are lacking of experience,so,it is good to added this aspect to the appropriate training in the future.
