With the rapid development of science and technology, the application of information technology isbringing a dramatic change in life and learning. The people pay attention to it more and more. The field ofeducation has also been an important influence of information technology. Today, teaching methods andlearning styles have had a new change with the changing the learning environment. Old traditional teachingmodel has been unable to satisfy the needs of a new era of environmental learners. Blended learning hasopened up a new channel for knowledge transfer. It is the information technology and traditional teachingelements combine. It combines the information technology and traditional teaching elements. It is the effectof new technologies and the advantages of traditional teaching, and it is a new attitude in the teaching.Currently, there are a lot of blended learning software platforms that play a role in teaching the varioussystems. Blended learning brings unprecedented gains for students and teachers. Curriculum is the core ofschool teaching, and course management system operation is the primary task of teaching. Blendedlearning theory has have been a high degree of practice in the course management system.In this paper, the issue presents and analyzes the status of teaching and takes advantages of usingMoodle platform of ideas to solve problems. It uses literature research, surveys, experimental research, casestudies and other methods. It studies the students and teachers to improve its teaching and learning situationproblems in the blended learning Moodle platform.First, it sorts the related literature and analyzes the teaching of high school information technologyproblems. Second, it discusses the theoretical basis used in blended learning and technical high school classinformation technology support. It elaborates blended learning implementation steps and methods ofteaching by building a Moodle platform. Third, it analyzes the experimental data of a semester teaching andcomes to a blended learning effectiveness in high school information technology teaching. The end, it isright in the practice of teaching place to do a review and summary and makes recommendations for futureresearch.
