In ancient China,special emphasis was placed on respecting teachers,the status of teachers is very high.Teachers have the right to criticize and educate students,and students often humbly accepted the criticism and teach which from their teachers.However,with the development of society,people pay more and more attention to education equality and democracy consciousness.In the context of Equal access to education and Everyone has the right to education,the voice of “teachers and students are equal” rising up,but in the equal voice of teachers and students more and more people has gradually ignored the teachers' exclusive right to criticize and educate students since ancient times.Modern society,people pay more and more attention to appreciation of education,but people's ideas seem to have some deviation,some people think that appreciation of education is not to criticize the students.Simultaneously,in recent years,there have been incidents of teachers abusing their students,insulting their students and even killing students which leads to the phenomenon of one-sided public opinion.They advocate the education of appreciation without criticism,and they only stress the appreciation but blindly abandon or even refuse to criticize education,which leads to the weakening of teachers' criticism right.Criticism is an indispensable link in the teaching process,and a strict teacher can cultivate good students.Appreciation and criticism are not antagonistic,but complementary.Appreciation of education need to be criticized,it is necessary for the students to mark a fair and reasonable criticism of the errors found at the same time have advantages of students,so that students can correctly understand themselves and correct bad habits,so that students can get better development.Teachers' criticism right has been weakened and teachers in the teaching process cannot effectively exercise the right to criticize is a sad thing.The criticism right of teacher is limited,then how teacher can completely to teach their students! Based on the previous studies,this paper takes three Primary School in Shijiazhuang as example,and interviews teachers,students and parents in the form of interviews andquestionnaires to find out the difficulties encountered in the exercise of teachers' criticism right and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the formulation of the problem,the significance of the research,the related research at home and abroad,the innovation of the research and the methods of this research.The second part is an overview of teacher criticism.Including the definition of core concepts,the value of teachers' exercise of criticism and the necessity.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the weakening of primary school teachers' criticism.Through the questionnaire survey method and the interview to collect and analyze data.The weak representation of primary school teachers' criticism is mainly manifested in the three aspects that teachers can not exercise criticism,the need for legal protection,and the lack of teachers' rights.The fourth part is the analysis of the weakening of primary school teachers' criticism.Through the questionnaire survey method,the author summarizes the reasons that the weakening of the primary school teachers' criticism right is related to the imperfect laws and regulations,the one-side education view of the parents,the negative orientation of the public opinion,the pressure of the new education concept,the imperfect school security mechanism,the excessive number of classes,the decline of teachers' social status and so on.The fifth part is the countermeasure and suggestion to return to the primary school teachers' criticism right.This part mainly puts forward the specific measures to solve the reason of the weak criticism of the primary school teachers in the fourth part,which mainly include to establish a sound legal protection mechanism,change the parents of the one-side education concept,to create a healthy and impartial network of public opinion environment,establish a sound school security mechanism,strictly control the class capacity and enhance the status of teachers.
