Research objective: Technology through the methods of electric diagram to lower limb muscle related electric index data,the quantitative analysis in the incremental load uniform foot pedal,the lower limb muscles and the right lateral medial muscle respectively under a tight dress shorts myoelectricity sEMG change characteristic difference,no dress tight shorts under the myoelectricity sEMG characteristics difference,through research analysis of human movement and exercise tight equipment between the role and influence,the results can help the function of the current international sports training evaluation content and relative motion detection monitoring means in order to enrich and develop,At the same time,it also provides scientific theoretical basis for the correlative sports dress design and the teaching and training practice.Methods: in this study,15 healthy young men without systematic pedaling training were randomly selected as subjects.In the experiment,the uniform pedaling exercise with increasing load was completed in the power vehicle wearing loose sports shorts and tight shorts respectively.Synchronization acquisition and record in the experiment on the right side of the vastus lateralis muscle,the muscle of sEMG signal,and according to the movement time divided into 12 time S,12 time period can be divided into three periods(S1 ~ S4 is the early stage of the movement,S5 ~ S8 for sports,the integrated ~ speed 12 mid late for sports),the median frequency(MF),average electrical values(AEMG)standardizing,the final statistical analysis by SPSS 19.0 software,through the paired T test to analyze the data,we set your significant level(P < 0.05.Results :(1)under loose clothing and tight shorts,the AEMG(%)value of the medial femoral muscle,the lateral femoral muscle,and the value of MF(%)of the lower extremity showed an increasing trend with the extension of exercise time.The value of MF(%)showed a decreasing trend with the extension of time.(2)compared with the loose shorts,dress tight shorts at the early stage of the incremental load uniform cadence motion AEMG(%)values rise was no significant difference,but in the middle lower limbs on the right side of the vastus lateralis muscle,the muscle of AEMG(%)values rise than loose shorts dress flat,AEMG late movement(%)rise than loose dress shorts quickly;Compared with baggy shorts,wearing tight shorts showed no significant difference in the decrease of MF(%)in the early stage of progressive pedal movement,but the decrease of MF(%)in the right lateral femoral muscle and medial femoral muscle of lower limbs in the middle stage of movement was slower than that in baggy shorts,and the decrease of MF(%)in the late stage of movement was faster than that in baggy shorts.Research conclusion: the electromyography MF(%)and AEMG indicator analysis(%)in the increasing exercise load at a constant speed of cadence,relative to the loose shorts,dress dress tight shorts for incremental load exercise helps local muscle movements in the middle of the movement to maintain electrical potential to keep for a long time due to shrinkage sports ability,the effect of delaying muscle fatigue.On the contrary,wearing tight shorts with increasing load at a constant rate increases the rate of muscle fatigue in the lower extremities in the later period of exercise(when the load is too heavy).
