| With the rapid development of economy,the number of migrant workers in rural areas has increased dramatically in recent years,and the children in the stage of compulsory education will also study and live in the city.Due to the inflow of public schools objective conditions,public schools can not accommodate all of these foreign students,so many migrant workers' children will enter the private school for migrant workers children's school.There is a big gap b-etween the school and the local public schools,resulting in many problems in t-he study of physics subjects.This paper analyzes the problems and solutions of the migrant workers' children in physics study from the perspective of a migrant workers children's schoo-l physics teacher.First of all,this paper discusses the necessity of the junior hi-gh school physics teaching research.Secondly,on the basis of the relevant litera-ture,using the theory of constructivism and humanism teaching theory,through t-he questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot investigation and research analysis of the current situation,the school children of migrant workers in junior middle school physics teaching from teachers,students,department of physics,four aspects areput forward in the school physics teaching strategies.Finally,the proposed teaching strategies for teaching practice and reflection.In the process of teaching pra-ctice,focusing on diverse teaching methods,to carry out the experiment teaching to cultivate and enhance students' practical ability,and fully take into account the problem of students weak foundation,in the context of the introduction and the actual training process from shallow to deep,step by step.The results of teaching practice show: the teaching strategies of junior middl-e school physics school for children of migrant workers proposed can arouse students learning potential,arouse the enthusiasm of students,improve students' ph-ysical performance and physical classroom efficiency. |
