Various resources are limited or short in a given period of time.It is also the case of PE resources of middle and primary schools.The appearances of PE resources of primary and middle school in a specific area reflect how the elements of the total resources are allocated.If the total resources are given,the organization and allocation of various elements exert great influences on making use of the resources and producing resource benefits.Proper allocation of the resources of primary and middle schools is closely connected with PE education and students ‘health and growth.This thesis takes PE Resources of Primary and Middle Schools in Longquanyi as its research object,investing its status quo and proposing approaches to better its allocation.During research,resource elements such as person,fund,material,information and time are managerially grouped into hardware,software and flexible ware.In a paradigm made up of the three concepts,the thesis explores the status quo of PE Resources of Primary and Middle Schools in Longquanyi in details.Based on the exploration and taking Basic Standard of National PE and Hygiene of Schools as criteria,the thesis analyzes the status quo of PE Resources and comes to the conclusion that the hardware is improved,the software is short and the flexible ware is weak,against the background of fast economic development in Longquanyi district.In this case,the author proposes suggestions and comments,both at macro and micro level,to better the resources allocation.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part,Introduction,generalizes the theme and the background against which the research is conducted.The second part defines relevant terms.The third part is the main body of the thesis,which consists of three aspects.The first aspect investigates the hardware.Hardware resources are tangible and display in the form of gyms and fields,equipments and apparatus.After researching the status quo of the hardware,the author finds out that the hardware is greatly improved,although there is still some flaws and weakness in its allocation,compared with Basic Standard of National PE and Hygiene of SchoolsThe second aspect explores the software.In management,software refers to intangible resources,basically including time,information and fund.The thesis probes into PE class time,PE teaching plan implementation,extra-curricular activities,PE intelligence and fund for PE.The conclusion is that the software allocation is problematically designed,when compared with better hardware allocation in Longquanyi.The third aspect focuses on flexible ware.Managerially speaking,flexible ware means people and their enthusiasm.PE flexible ware of primary and middle schools refers to primary and middle schools teachers in this thesis.The author,by virtue of policies and regulations concerned,explores the human resources of primary and middle schools in Longquanyi District from three aspects as follows: 1.the quantity and structure of PE teachers must meet the demand of school normal teaching;2.PE teachers' quality must be in line with regulations and rules stipulated by governments at various levels;3.PE teachers' expertise and competence must be developed sustainably.The fourth part elaborates elements which influence the allocation of PE resources in this district,trying to find approaches to prioritize the allocation of those resources.The fifth part,the closing,is the deduction and suggestions on analysis above.Research methods of document,questionnaire,interview,statistics and logic are applied in this thesis.
