| Facing the new era,the world’s education is undergoing revolutionary changes.In the new development period,the existing prestigious schools in major cities will play a leading role,and through the group-run school model,promoting the balanced development of education has become a major strategic move for China’s education development.Following the practice of running schools in Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Chengdu,Changsha and other cities,and achieving fruitful results,the basic education group in various districts of Shenzhen has been running in recent years under the impetus of policy formulation,introduction and renewal of school-running models.The development is particularly rapid.This study intends to conduct on-the-spot investigations on the Shenzhen Senior High School Group,which is a group-based school-running model of prestigious schools.Based on the perspective of resource dependence theory,this study provides an in-depth understanding of the conceptual resources,institutional resources,and conditional resources of the Senior High School Group East Campus.Knowledge resources and other four aspects of resource dependence,and analyze the problems and causes,mainly: the new campus has a "one-way dependence" on the famous schools,lack of independent culture and vision awareness;the famous school has "external control" on the new campus ",have the power advantage;there is"asymmetric symbiotic dependence" between the campuses.Based on the viewpoint of resource dependence theory,this study proposes the following development strategies for the new campus of the famous school group: First,we should change the “one-way dependence” and promote the “diversification” of cultural resources allocation,such as cultural “supporting education”,and improve the school culture of the newly-built campus.Diversify the cultural output and sharing methods of the group’s famous schools;secondly,it is separated from the “external control” and obtains the initiative in the allocation of management and teaching resources.The Group adopts a management policy inclination for the newly-built campus and fully exploits the highlights of the new campus;“Community Dependence”,to strengthen the resources of teachers in the new campus,can improve the mechanism to promote teacher exchanges between campuses,from “transfusion”to “hematopoietic”,tailoring the quality of teachers in new campuses and finally weakening“survival dependence” and “localization” "Development,explore the balanced allocation of excellent students,to optimize The allocation of educational resources between the new and old campuses.Under the modern school system,the education group needs to strive to become a resource-sharing,characteristic developing,decentralization clear and cohesiveness strong,new qualified education group. |
