The diplomatic relation between China and Serbia could be dated back to 1955,and the two countries are keeping well relations all the time.At present,China is one of the most important economic partners of Serbia,as their frequently economic exchanges,the Serbian's enthusiasm and motivation of learning Chinese are growing day by day,and the Chinese education career gets energetical support from the both governments.In 2012,the Hanban from China and the Ministry of Education of Serbia signed the memorandum of cooperation: Learning Chinese in Schools in the Republic of Serbia.This is the beginning of Serbian primary and high schools setting up the Chinese education works.Compared with other countries,which has very completely Chinese education system,the time of Chinese education in Serbia is short,and the material is lagging,the education theory,the faculty,the Chinese textbooks are weak relatively,all of these needed to be enriched.At now,most of the materials that could be collected are theses and reports related to the politics and economy.And this also makes writer interested in the progress of making contribution to the Chinese education and experience in Serbia.It is my honor to pass all the examinations of Chinese volunteers teachers hold by our country and get the chance to teach Chinese in Zlatibor,Serbia,for 10 months.According to this,the writer has the chance to get to know the local Chinese teaching situation.The writer does the research to the primary and high schools by many methods,like communicating with former volunteers,local faculty,students,and looking up the document literatures,issuing questionnaires.In the beginning,this paper introduces the general situation of the Serbian Chinese education.And then,it shows from these aspects: Chinese education history,teaching materials,the faculty,students,to present the Chinese education in Zlatibor.After that,it completely shows the Chinese education work here by the local teaching cases and their analysis.In the process of the survey,there is some problems with the limited Chinese faculty,the shortage of the teaching resource,and the loss of the students.These problems are main obstacles for further Chinese education in Zlatibor.At last,the paper puts forwards some specific methods about them,hoping to be role in promoting Chinese education in the primary and high schools of Serbia.
