In recent years,with the concept of inclusive education is more and more recognized,learning in regular class is becoming our country's major acceptable educational forms to make the special children meet their special needs.Although more and more special children are into the ordinary schools.The phenomena of mix along with the class and along with the class sitting are widespread.In order to improve this situation,learning in regular room to estimate resource room is an impor tant measure to improve th e quality of special educa tion in regular schools.The resource teacher is a teacher who specializes in providing support and help for children attending classes.However,the job of resource teacher has just started in reality,the work paradigm is not clear enough,coupled with our class attendance in support of the system construction is still very weak,making resource teachers in the work encountered difficulties,there exist various roles Conflict,seriously affecting the function of teachers and professional identity.Eight resource teachers were selected as the interviewees in this paper.According to dig learning some questions in the interview,the interview data were collected and analyzed,we get role conflict contains intrarole conflict and conflict between the roles.Teachers who do not aware of the importance of resource teacher work were arranged as resource teachers and are difficult to fulfill the responsibility of resource teachers belong to intrarole conflict.On the other hand,conflict between roles including two aspects: one of them is that resource teachers should have full-time but had to do part-time job;the other is resource teachers need team work but face alone.This paper concludes the whole research process,after further analyzing the causes of the conflict of resource teachers,the external reason and the internal reason are obtained.And discusses the suggestion to alleviate the conflict of resource teachers' role;clarifies the role position of resource teachers,realizes team win-Improve the professional competence of teachers;strengthen their own position,strengthen the role of learning.We hope these conclusions can help resource teachers.
