Educational resources,since educational activity and history,it includes the accumulation of educational knowledge,experience,skills,assets,expenses,system,brand concept,facilities and interpersonal relationships in and out of education created by the long-term educational practice and the evolution of civilization.It has the characteristics of public welfare,industry,difference,inheritance and liquidity.And it is the basis of the development of education.The popularization and excavation of educational resources is a kind of endogenous "hematopoietic" mechanism to promote regional poverty alleviation development.Its role in the process of poverty alleviation in the region is difficult for other forms of poverty alleviation.It is directly influence on the spiritual and cultural poverty.It is the root of the interdecadal transmission of poverty.Although it can not directly bring significant economic results,it can directly influence on the effect of poverty alleviation.But in poor mountainous areas,the highest level of education is the level of high school.So its universality and reality make this research have theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory of ability poverty,poverty culture theory,human capital theory,poverty intergenerational transmission theory and educational poverty theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between educational resources and regional poverty alleviation through qualitative and quantitative methods.And creatively put forward the two-way interactive mechanism of educational resources to regional poverty alleviation.The first part introduces the research ideas and theoretical review of this paper,including the introduction and theoretical chapters.Chapter 1 introduces four aspects which include the background and significance,content and methods,of innovation of the research;Chapter 2 summarizes the related domestic and foreign research topics and the basis theoretical of the research.The second part is the third chapter of the paper.It describes the educational resources and poverty alleviation in the study area.First of all,it describes the basic situation of the region.And then it analyzes the educational status and the advantages of high school educational resources of the study area.The third part is the fourth chapter of the paper.Based on the empirical research,it analyzes the mechanism of the educational resources of excellent high school(Cangxi middle school)on the county poverty alleviation.First of all,it analyzes the effect of students,advanced concepts,the gathering of scientific and technological talents for the county out of poverty;Secondly,it analyzes the influence of educational resources on poverty alleviation in the county area from the aspects of college entrance examination and the spread of culture and education.The fourth part is the fifth chapter of the paper.Based on the analysis of the relationship between educational resources and the out of poverty in the county,and based on the research of Chapter 4,it is found that the single excellent high school educational resources have obvious support effect on county poverty alleviation,and the overall weak educational resources have limited support effect to poverty alleviation.Therefore,this chapter puts forward the interactive mechanism of constructing educational resources for poverty alleviation in the county.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the article.The two-way interaction mechanism between educational resources and regional poverty alleviation can give full play to the effectiveness and function of educational resources.It provides good support condition for the development of regional poverty alleviation.And it can also get the corresponding support and protection from the economic and social development.It achieves the goal of "rely on education resources to help the poor".
