The "13th Five-Year Plan for Poverty Alleviation" clearly stated that "the basic education capacity of poverty-stricken areas will be significantly enhanced,the vocational education system will be more perfect,the service capacity of higher education will be significantly improved,the overall quality of education will be significantly improved,and the level of basic public education services will be improved,close to the national average by 2020." As a strategy for poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas is an important guarantee for the smooth realization of poverty alleviation.It is the basic requirement for poverty-stricken people to get rid of poverty,and it is also a prerequisite for achieving stable poverty alleviation.Poverty alleviation has entered a critical period,and poverty alleviation is more important.Under the environment of accurate poverty alleviation,China's education poverty alleviation has achieved good results,but in the specific practice of education poverty alleviation,there are still some problems.This paper takes Lushan County of Henan Province as the research object,and uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field research and other methods to analyze the current situation and existing problems of education poverty alleviation practice in Lushan County,and then to put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.The study found that Lushan County's education poverty alleviation has achieved great results in poverty-stricken students' funding,teacher team building,and school infrastructure construction.However,in the practice of education poverty alleviation,there is still insufficient identification of poverty alleviation objects,and poverty alleviation links are not smooth enough.The enthusiasm of poverty alleviation subjects needs to be improved,the implementation of education poverty alleviation policies is deviated from the situation on the ground,the education poverty alleviation supervision mechanism needs to be strengthened,and the distribution of educational resources is uneven.To this end,it is necessary to clarify problems,improve the accuracy of education and poverty alleviation;encourage the broad participation of social forces,coordinate assistance from multiple entities,increase channels of information dissemination,stimulate the endogenous motivation of the masses to participate in education and poverty alleviation;improve the assessment and supervision mechanism of education poverty alleviation work,set up sound and accurate assessment methods and education poverty alleviation supervision mechanism;improve education resource allocation policy to strengthen the construction of teachers' strength,improve the construction of school teaching infrastructure,and balance the educational resources and education input and allocation of Lushan County.
