As approved by the Ministry of Education, Baoding University was promoted to general universities in 2007. Then the teaching quality plays a crucial role in smooth transition from the specialist training to undergraduate course primarily. So how evaluate teaching quality objectively and impartially appears to be particularly important. This paper is based on the investigation and researches, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in allusion to the practice of teaching, Evaluation Model was established for evaluating the teaching standards, and using specific examples to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The paper provide standards for evaluating teacher's teaching level in seeking the practical evaluation methods for colleges.
