| At the eighteenth congress,we put forward to the task of the moral education,it fully illustrates this point,this is the demand of realistic society and also a return to the requirements of the education source.In carrying out the education of life at the same time,Shanghai is also put forward to guide the student to love life,respect life,learn to care about themselves,others and society and improve the quality of life.In view of this,this study argues that the school moral education can obtain abundant education resources from a person’s growth,for every detail in the process of growth can bring inspiration and enlightenment,arouse people inner moral feelings and needs and build up moral wills.Therefore,it should be the combination of ’growth’ and ‘moral education’.Based on this consideration,after having fully studied the theories of several famous educators such as the ‘Education theory of growth’ by Dewey and ‘Education theory of life’ by Tao Xingzhi,we put forward the new concept of ‘growth of moral education.However,in our country,the definition of the concept of ’growth of moral education’ is not regulated,lacking a complete sequence,the content of the standard operation method and a comprehensive evaluation system.Therefore,starting from the theory research and literature research,we form the basic connotation and meaning of ’growth of moral education’ based on getting a clear understanding of the relationship between “growth” and“moral education”.Here speaking of "growth" of moral education is based on the idea ‘Education is Growth’,from the expectation of establishing a school combined with Chinese excellent traditional culture and modern education,we establish the core idea of growing towards Confucianism.Desiring to respect children,all the education is suitable for children’s psychological development level,interests and needs;Let children grow up naturally and actively with the influence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.During the course of practice,we gradually extract three features about ’growth of moral education’:respecting natural instincts,objective creation and influence and guidance.Therefore,in the process of research,we determine the implementing principle,contents,ways and means of the ’growth’ of moral education.And with the core idea ’growth towards Confucianism’,we insist on several practices,including watering roots of ’growth’ of moral education,creating an environment of ’growth’ of moral education and carrier of moral education innovation ’growth’,joining hands with the partners of ’growth’ of moral education and building up the course of ’growth’ of moral education to form the new pattern of school moral education work conforming to students’ laws of physical and mental development and the school-running thoughts.In the course of the ’growth’ of moral education in school evaluation research,we put emphasis on promoting the growth of students,Through the three-dimensional integrated in the establishment of evaluation content,active advance in evaluation strategies and pushing the comprehensive means of evaluation,we carry out the evaluation system of ’growth’ of moral education,and radicate the concept of ’growth’ of moral education in schools and make it sprout,frondesce and bloom. |
