In recent years,differences in the effects of lower limb superiority side and non dominant side of human daily life,basic skills,sports training and sports injury rehabilitation,has attracted more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad,they pointed out that the participation and coordination are needed on both sides of the body of any action to finish smoothly.Especially the coordination and balance of the lower extremity.In today's world of sports,athletes and coaches on the weak side lower limb training increasingly high degree of attention because it can improve the balance and lower extremity strength and limb athletes to a certain extent,and improve the performance of athletes and sports injury of the prevention has a positive effect.This paper studied 8 weeks of Physical Education Specialty in our school 15 students by using the method of literature,mathematical statistics and experimental method,the experimental subjects were divided into experimental group(single weak leg),experimental group II(on the side of the weak legs training)and control group(intervention group),special 8 weeks of training before and after the experiment respectively on lower limb strength,explosive force and balance ability test,experimental instruments using FMS test instrument and footscan plantar pressure plate.The conclusions are as follows:1.Have asymmetric effects of training on the subjects of the lower limb explosive growth,the growth rate on the left side,the experiment group I the biggest growth rate reached 36.5% and 34.6%,the growth rate of experimental group 2 times,respectively 12.5% and 21.2%,the lowest growth rate in control group,respectively.5.6% and 8.4%.2.Has a certain effect of maximum power asymmetry for training subjects to increase the growth rate,on the left side,the experiment group I the biggest growth rate increased by 34.7% and 32.9%,a rate of experimental group II growth,increased by28.5% and 19.3%,the growth rate of the minimum of the control group growth of3.3% and 4.9%,respectively.3.Has a significant effect of asymmetric balance ability training for the improvement of the subjects,the experimental group 1 scores in general can increase about 70%,while the experimental group II can reach about 60%,the control group is about 15%,and some even stay at the original level.
