Self-control is a child to complete a variety of tasks,coordination and relationship with others,successfully adapt to the core and foundation of society,the future development of young children has an important role.The study shows that attention control with stability is the core factor of self-control ability,and the cultivation of early attention stability has a profound effect on its life.purposes:Through the sports can improve people's physical and mental,this study to moderate intensity of basketball activities,4-5 year old children 16 weeks of exercise intervention,test and analysis of moderate intensity of basketball activities on children's attention to the level of stability.methods:In this study,60 young children aged between 4 and 5 years old and aged between(50.6± 2.2)were randomly selected from Qi Xia Kindergarten Affiliated to Sichuan Normal University.36 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the experimental group was divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.Female 10 people,male 10)control group(male 8,female 8),with moderate intensity of basketball activities,the experimental group of subjects for 16 weeks of basketball activities intervention,the control group in addition to general activities,Activities intervene.Attention to the stability test method: adjust the test after the elimination of the test method and plotting test methodResults were as follows: In this study,the effect of 16 weeks of moderate intensity basketball on the attention deficit of children aged 4-5 years was examined by adjusting the post-test and the test method.The main results were as follows:1?Compared with the control group,the maintenance time of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P <0.01),and the stability index was significantly improved(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of attention was significantly improved in the experimental group(P <0.05),and the duration of attention was significantly improved in the experimental group(P <0.01).2?The duration of attention was significantly prolonged in the experimental group(P <0.05)compared with the control group after 8 weeks of moderate intensity basketball.Compared with the control group,the duration of attention of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion1?16 weeks of moderate strength of basketball activities can effectively improve the 4-5 year-old children's attention to the stability level,and basketball activities can be manipulated,easy to mobilize interest,is a suitable for this age teaching methods.2?16 weeks of moderate intensity of basketball activities can significantly improve the 4-5 year old children's attention to the stability level.The level of attention was significantly improved at 16 weeks,and the level of attention was significantly improved at 8 weeks,indicating that male children needed longer duration of intervention.At week 16,compared with female children,male children pay attention to the stability index higher value,indicating that the quality of male and child activities better.
